I'm going to agree about it being a bit too snug to the left side, but other than that, another fantastic shot bud, even if you didn't clean it up as much as you wanted. The headlights look a bit blurry for some odd reason, but overall, I really, really like it :)

Nah i still believe the car is placed in the right positition, My reason being if more scenery was pictured on the left hand side of the car, it would of made blurring extremely difficult and near impossible considering the blur would of had to be going a different direction then the blur behind the vehicle. And in effect the two directions of blur would never have blended and would of ruined the shot, i tested this before hand, and thats why i cropped it.

And textures were never right from the beggining, just the way the S14 is. But thanks for looking guys, and i appreciate the comments 👍. Ill keep them in mind for my future shots. 👍

I was hoping you wouldn't say that, but you did. Your shot in the tournament was the best shot that you have ever produced in my opinion, and among the best on these forums. You deserved the win no questions asked. All you can do is prove you can do better, you have a good chance of taking the entire win 👍

I have Given the Front Page a make-over and a general tidy-up. There is still some more to go, but i hope you can appreciate some of the effort that has gone into it. Cheers.​

But the first banner, has got jagged edges. Did you switched on the anlialiasing in type tool? Btw it look quite simple, and matches with your presentation theme.

About little banners, I always do a master with the needed layouts, and then I use it changing only the car images for each update. So all banner are exact and very easy to change. Seems as you done each banner separately :)

First banner is jagged, don't know why. I tried doing it again, no change. Just not fussed now.

The little banners, well... I suppose i should of done a master to get the gaps right, but it wouldn't have saved any time in this application. And to much effort:dopey:. My relation between each banner is simply the size (300x60) and size of text. The pictures were just guess and check.

Very cool Funkshen, I like seeing a clean first post, it's very easy for gallery newcomers to see what's on offer. Your's is simple, elegant, and easy to follow, exactly what it should be, in my opinion. Job well done 👍

I've been thinking about updating mine, now that the front page setup is getting on a year old, but I can't think of anything more straight-forward, so it'll probably stay ;).

I love the first shot with the 'around the corner' type of blur. Pretty sweet. The sepia look sets the tone to these shots.
 
Simply amazing,, I love that first shot,, the tone is just perfect for that shot.. The blurring is flawless mate,, Fantastic:drool:

Nice pic, but there's a better technique for the wheels than letting it spin with spin blur. Just take a pic focused on that wheels & paste it in the original pic, and do that to the 2nd wheel too.

I like the difference in each picture between colours with the Lexus and the Z-Tune looks very clean and well blurred ;)
 
Awesome shots, man. The SC430 shot has such a nice angle, looks great and clean. The ztune just looks awesome man, if i were you though, i would have probably blurred the sky more so it didnt have that whole varience in shades of blue, but its still awesome!
