He didn't "manage" anything! That's just a lucky frame in what had to be a nasty tumble across the water.

Those guys don't wear belts on purpose, they sorta want to be able to get outa the boat when the air goes away.

Wow thats one hell of a hit to that guys knackers

Considering they can do 250mph (yes, on the water!), he could have a bit of tenderness down below. Though, when crashing at those speeds, it was probably the least of his worries.

I fail to see how that photo was funny (going by the thread title), show the next frame and see how many laugh...

Its funny because the boat appears to be chasing him, and I'm willing to say the next frame will be just as funny, if not funnier, than it is now.

It's funny because the moron didn't wear a seatbelt. Although, If I had my way it would've been a covered roof that was a pod to break away.

Yeah, funny in the fact it could have killed him :irked:

The next frame shows him being collected, if you think thats funny, thats ****ed

But this frame doesn't. The composition leads to mirth.

It's interesting. I'd never considered "the next frame" principle when considering funny photographs. I'd imagine that "the next frame" - where the cat has turned its face away, or George Bush no longer looks like he's spinning an invisible basketball on his finger, or where the guy photographing the "Engrish" shop sign accidentally photographs his own death as a bus runs him over - could render all funny pictures unfunny.

The 'ol JC wears Sparco? Or is he a Stand 21, Simpson, or OMP kind of supernatural?

Stand 21 all the way. If you are indeed divine, nothing but a tailored-to-fit racesuit will do will it?

I just dont consider ANY motorsport related pics like that funny

So long as he lived to walk on water another day 👍

Fair call mate 👍

He only suffered a broken ankle, next frame shows him going over the trailing boat, that couldnt avoid him

 wow, and they say they need to get to superman's darker side, :p

From,
Chris.

The beer one is hilarious. Just how hard did they have to hit the glasses? Even wine-glasses survive moderate impact... And the picture was taken just at the right moment, though I guess the photographer didn't expect that result?
