I got too tired of watching the announcer touch the middle guy's chest so i quit but since it's a rap battle I'm guessing that all Eli did was stand up there for a while, not talking when it was his turn, then started badly rapping.

What it seems like is that some people seem to be making a joke out of a retarded person who has a seizure right in the middle of a freestyle rap. I didn't even smile, and it was a disgrace that the judges in that video laughed in Eli's face about getting that seizure, and then still acting "cool".

I saw a smart car at a local RC airport. I picked up a controler, pulled the antena out and pretended to drive it.
Needless to say 1 plane crashed from the guy laughing. thankfully it wasnt bad.

That's pre-facelift, and judging by the Domestic cars in the shot, there's a good chance that's a dumb Canuck and not some Yankee.
