I believe it is also slices of pork belly, braised in some delicious sauce (unlike bacon)... and served in a stoneware pot... It's not dry/hard or chewy like bacon, but rather soft and juicy....don't know the name of it because I can't read chinese nor did I order the food.... I'm surprised 7 of you wanted to know that badly....forgot to put in the "IMO".. too late now!
