I believe it is one of the (if not the most) fattiest section of pork (where it is like 50% fat 50% meat), braised in some juicy sauce, cut into slices (like bacon)... and served in a stoneware pot... It's not dry/hard or chewy like bacon, but rather soft and juicy....don't know the name of it becuase I can't read chinese nor did I order the food....
