How are we defining liquids? Shouldn't the glass be accounted for in this equation?
Glass is often referred to as an 'amorphous solid' which implies that although it appears solid in state the molecules in glass can, over time, become displaced and the glass would appear to morph. The only way to observe this would be with a very, very long time lapse video showing the glass becoming 'fluid' as if it was liquid.
Got my science hat on today.
For most of us though, I think we can all agree that glass is pretty solid. I've been hit with more than a few and they certainly aren't fluid-like upon contact with my noggin.
