I'm still failing to see the funny. We're making fun of an ignorant black guy and his poor pronunciation of the word "ambulance" also.. Are we now condoning violent behavior here on GTP? The video itself contains blood and language. It's also not very funny..

Nevertheless its a stupid "meme" if you can call it that. The story behind it makes it even more stupid. Its akin to watching a highschool fight video which is entirely fueled by idiocy and misunderstandings.
