I don't get the 1st one (the one apparently about Harry Potter), but the one posted by @TheLuigi755 seems pretty straightforward (unless I understood it wrong); the girl receiving the flower is a flower. The one handed to her is her mom.

The lack of English, or even a single language, hurts the funny a bit.
