Your internet provider isnt. In Portugal at least that information (wireless password) are under the routers. Whatever its Vodafone , MEO (me), ZON, Optimus or any other.

Unless you log into the router itself by going to it's IP address.
Most people never change the router's password and sometimes there isn't even one in the first place. Once in, just change the settings to your liking.
