That's actually a legit book, I saw it at Barnes and Noble. Leafed through the whole thing in about 3 minutes, one or two chuckles đź‘Ť. If you want something funny, Google "Emails from an :censored:hole." (www.dontevenreply.com) He is so darn funny.

This kind of escalator usage is absolutely true. I was at the Pittsburgh auto show Friday night, and to get to the second floor of the convention center you had to go up either an escalator or stairs, in a layout like that one (one staircase in middle). I took the stairs up and was literally the only one on the staircase, even though the escalators were packed as fully as possible. It was probably three times as quick to take the stairs.

You guys seriously haven't seen that picture hundreds of times before?

No, they didn't. You need to quote it too. :sly:

I saw this in my local newspaper and thought it was funny:

I like Nickelback. :(
Although I do find the "Meanwhile at the Nickelback concert"'s humorous

Sorry dude, in time you will probably realise that Nickleback make boring, lowest common denominator music. Not once have they ever thought outside of the box.

The Fitness center one reminds me of something I've experienced.

While in Highschool we was working out at the local gym. Upon our exit of the place is this big muscle head that had been working out when we was. He was really hitting the weights. Anyway he jumps on his Ninja Motorcycle and proceeds to fire it up and walk it backwards. He leans it an when he does his muscles fatigued and down went him and the bike. We run over help him up. He says huge mistake. Said he won't be riding that home for a few hours nor will he ride it to the gym again. LOL

The funny part to me was this monster dropping a bike he could carry considering he hadn't burned his muscles up from lifting.

I am sure you can mentally picture this and well that is a Funny Picture. ;)

Sometimes I wanna listen to that type of music. And enough other people do as well as Nickleback have sold plenty of albums and made more than enough money.

Would that be Troll Newell or Gabe face?

I have to say, it amazes me how many people think this is how you browse. I work at a company that installs networks and servers, and half the staff browses by going to Google and searching the site name. I don't think they know the address bar exists.

*** waits for someone to ask, "Address Bar?" ***

I suppose it helps Google sell ads . . . .

the whole 24 hour fitness escalator story is stupid. The reason they are usually there are for safety and law codes pertaining to the location or city ordinances. It has nothing to do with efficiency.

They probably don't have a website but are on things like Yelp and Urbanspoon-- they probably didn't want to bother with the legal issues of using these other sites on their cards.
