Well I spent the 50 dollars for a gameshark went to www.gameshark.com printed out the codes!  Now I have 10 Trillon credits !!!! Now I need to get the USB keyboard ($12-$15) so I can write all those GOLD Lic. Codes! or I could buy the USB PS2 to PC adapter tranfer them from the Net through my computer to the PS2.  I heard Sony is going to have a Hard Drive for the PS2.  I wonder what USB 10/100 Ethernet Adapter is compaitable with the PS2?  Yes I own two BMWs a 1997 528i w/5 spd stick and a 1987 535is w/5 spd stick.  Yes they are fun to drive too!

People who cheat should be labotomized.  Their brains should be exchanged with that of a chicken.  I say if you haven't got the guts to play the game as it is, stick a plastic bag over your head and list 500 hundred reasons why you should cheat.

Hi, I just can't see the need for cheats (gameshark) on GT3 at this stage, It's a new game, why can't people play it as intended, at least until they finish the game 100%, then by all means play about with your cheats ect.

I don't mean to join in with everyone flaming you here, but don't you feel like you are taking a lot out of the game by doing that?  What is the point in playing it now that there's no challenge?  :frown:

The point of the game is to enjoy it, i'm not siding with the cheater, but if you want to use codes to get the money you need to get whatever you want.....why does it matter? Anyone who wants to play the game for real can do so and anyone who wants to take the easy way out can do so just as well.

Why cheat this game? License may be hard to get, but it really tell you how to drive and beat this game.
I think you will lose fun to use a gameshark on GT3.

I used gameshark on other games, like ONI (it's a piece of sh#$@), just to finish off the boring game, and sell it back.

We may need another forum just for those who want to use the gameshark.I wouldn`t want to use one myself so i wouldn`t really want to see codes. That way if i would get another shark i wouldn`t be tempted.
I also think it would reduce the flaming.

 TO EACH HIS OWN.

Why is damn near everyone calling him a cheater? He is not cheating. He is doing what he considers to be fun. I am actually considering getting a gameshark. I want to be able to buy all of the cars, and do whatever I want to them ASAP. I don't wanna have to wait forever and a day to save all the money up. If that makes me a cheater too, so be it.

Ignorant people make me sick...

Using a gameshark has NOTHING to do with the amount of guts he has, and doesn't mean he won't have fun and enjoy the game. It means he'll probably have a lot more fun than the most of you will a lot sonner...

If you going to use gameshark use it atleast after you have beat the game the whole point of the game is to try to beat it not just play it...one more thing using gameshark i garentee that you will make the game boring within a week.

Um, just to back up the Gameshark. I got one on my regular playstation.  But I just messed around with it on GT2 so I could do engine swaps.  A civic with 500 HP (you can do this too in real life with about $5000) racing against other cars that have that HP (The underdawg!!!)  , or even a CRX with 300 hp. All in all, I'm sayin for tha Gamesharks sake that it'z not always bout cheating. After I beat GT3 by myself, I'll see if I can do engine swaps and go race a Integra against a F1. hmmm, who would win?

hehe... I have all mine except that DAM s-class but once I complete that I wouldn't mind getting all golds and the prize cars

Quote: from Curl on 1:39 pm on July 27, 2001[br]Yeah, that s-class is a biotch ain't it

D__n straight. That  license test pi__ed me off so much...

game shark on gt2 was phat i liked putting 4wd on civics and stuff....i want the tvr paint jobs on all my cars..that would be hot

Back to gameshark to recieve credits....  If anyone who plays gt3 alot can honestly say that on around lap 75 on the endurance superspeedway course when you are 10 laps ahead you arent thinking to yourself, judis I know I am going to win why cant they just give me the 200k and call it good..  I personally would never use a gameshark, I find it more gratifying to purchase everything in my garage from my own hard racing...  Some people may need gameshark to be competetive, if everyone where the same this world would suck a$%!!!  To all the gt3er's who beat the game straight up-- big props!

all who wanted to cheat shouldnt play games....it takes da fun out and theres no point unless ur a looser trying to get attention which u wont cheating bast*rds

what if your a retarded kid and just wanna drive a 700hp mustang and not have to play the whole game though? Im sure a lot of Gameshark users are half brain dead and just wanna have fun without their brain frying. :reallymad:      haha

Before I bought the gameshark I went through all the tests  Did the same thing with GT and GT2.  I like a little more information what USB & Fireware hardware compatible with the Playstation 2. - KDF

I have to say this is probably the most close-minded and ignorant group of posts I have ever read.  I mean for goodness sake, what if this guy doesn't have hours and hours of free time to sit around running 2 hour endurance races over and over?  I know I don't.  For those of you who are insulting this guy just because he used a gameshark, get over your ignorance (no, not stupidity, just ignorance) and think about things first.  Maybe his life doesn't revolve around playing a friggin game all day.

Sure, using a gameshark to get credits is cheating, but so is racing an F1 car against non-F1 cars.

I also bet some of you used the Escudo to win races in GT2 when you needed quick money.  Same difference.

To Threat:  What if you're a retarded kid and just want to race boring endurance races all day?  I'm sure a lot of people who can stand the mind-numbing boredom of dominating 1 hour races are just half brain dead and don't want to fry their brain by hacking out hidden cars and figuring out secrets in the game.

To Andrew Lee:  i dont c y ne1 would want 2 b s0 clos-minded an scr3w th3ms3lve5 0v3r by n0t d01ng 3v3ryt1ng d3r3 ;p0551bly 1s t0 d0 1n 4 g4m3, y0 l33t h4x0r t41k

To KZGTR:  Maybe Oni sucked because you used a gameshark?

To lildawgryan:  You are right up to a point, but if you never explore the intricacies of the game, you will never fully master it either.  So how do you use that hidden car if you don't get it with a gameshark?  How do you have fun flying around that hidden track if you don't use a gameshark to get it?

To darkmonkey:  I believe it's called patience, but that doesn't matter.  What matters is that those who say others suck just because these others try something they have never tried themselves are just pathetic.

To Supra897:  I THINK SUPRAS SUCK!

To Toad:  I think you should be labotomized, you ignorant @sshole.  What gives you the right to insult others just because they do something you probably never took the time to even try?

To frestkd:  That's good that you did the tests first.  A lot of people just skip over those and shark in gold licenses.  It's also good that you didn't go and insult these people in very derogatory ways.  Good job!  I do suggest making a separate GT3 save though, one that is gameshark-free.

To the few who didn't flame:  Thank you, thanks a lot.  I'm glad you didn't show weakness and give in to the more immature faction here and flame away like so many did.  You are the ones who keep a board like this reputable and keep people coming back.

Oh yeah, if anyone thinks this is a flame, you're sadly mistaken, it takes much less thought to flame someone.  Almost no thought at all, actually.  This is merely defending a position against many ignorant opinions stated as fact.
