He knows and would rather be more competitive in remaining races versus trying to tame the wild NSX every week. On some tracks the NSX works well and on others it's a real beast to handle. I contemplated switching over at one point and had a heck of time keeping it on track when I really pushed. Plus it eats tires.

Dont sign me up with the Woodone. It was way to slippery. Thinking of Nsx Raybrig but need to do some testing first.

Anyways what I can do is hold a test session for Indy this week to test out draft etc in the new lobbies. or Run Practice but will have to skip out for Quali and the race if there is someone kind enough and willing to host the race this week and give out the penalties and points.

What about the option of taking a week off and pushing back the schedule 1 week? I don't mind, it might mean I have to miss the final race of the season, but that will be because I chose to ski over race and I'll live with that choice.

However, if someone volunteers to host I'll be there. I would actually host and/or I'm sure Hydro would with his Canadian-quality connection, but there is no way I could do the replay review and penalties time-wise with the other series I manage.

really bad news for me as i have time off this week and have more time to test for the next race, was looking forward to this weekend, now both series i'm in looks like they'll be postponed on my 4 day weekend, this sucks. 👎
 
on a side note i'd be willing to host, i set my lounge up the same, standard quality and can make it no voice chat. but idk about reviewing the replay and serving out penalties:nervous: someone might bite me haha, or somebodyelse knows how to upload replays and give to gamesta later as i can't find my usb flash drive to do it ugh.

but if the majority want to postpone it thats cool, i accept anything the majority here decide:tup:

Gamesta's the man in this thread so I say we do it his preferred way and just take a week off. He puts in so much work with the replays and penalties each week it's a shame to run his series without him.

We could just run a non points practice race also if people are itching to put rubber to the road. That will eliminate any need to review replays and worry about penalties and such. If only spa was going to be available by Sunday we could run on that. :drool:

👍 appreciate everything gamesta does to run this series, very well ran and it'll only get better from here.

also with spa being added to the schedule, i'd like to see it last or second to last race based on the current schedule.

Dragon, IMO second to last is a great idea 👍 That way we can still do the finale on Nurburgring 24 hr.
 
I say post pone the race a week, a little mid-season break. I like the idea of running a practice race or maybe something different? I say Spa second to last race.
 
Gamesta... will you make a call (soon) on the race this Sunday? On or Off? If we're still running I need to start digging in and practicing Indy Road. Otherwise I'm focusing on the WRS this week.

There are a few guys that can't make it for Sunday anyway & a fuller grid is always more fun .

+1 To an additional round at Spa too.

Let me know what's happening guys when you can . Korean Grand Prix starts at 6 / 7 am on Sunday too so early starts for me this weekend.

The Race Will be Post Poned this week. What We will do is a practice session instead at usual stat time for about an hour. This test session is not Mandatory.

I assume you are NOT talking specifically about this series when you say dirty or abusive "public". Kind of misleading to post it like that without clarifying. If someone was abusive to you here let's call it out and address it. If not then clarify/apologize to Gamesta who wouldn't put up with that behavior in a series under his name.
 
Sounds good about the postponement, I will probably still be there for the practise.

I presume this happened on a public lobby mate as you know that Gamesta's series is fair & respectful all round as we have discussed previously after race 1 at Fuji.

I wouldn't let a public lobby incident cloud your judgement of online racing as a whole , you should see how extraordinarily long my block list is with the douches I have had to ban since November 2010 whilst hosting public servers. You will encounter some of these at some point , but it's important to remember that this is the Internet , it's not real life per se , & people will say or do whatever they like sometimes as it has no real life consequences for them.

You're a good friend and teamie Ohno & I hope you will stay & enjoy the racing with us .
