FAQ
When?: Starting March 27th 2011* 12:00PM EST 9:00AM PST 5:00PM GMT 1 Race per week (Saturday or Sunday Depending)
*Subject to change
Where?: Gran Turismo 5 in My Lounge (so I will need a FR on the PSN network)
Who Can Join?: Anyone as this is for Fun and to help any new racers get into the groove of an organized series.
Will there be Prizes?: Yes there will as yet to be determined
How Do I sign up?: With this format

Will there multiple of the same car?: Yes Max 2 of each model.
Can I change Car each Race?: NO, you will have to stick with the same car all series.
How Many Races will there be? : There will be 7 Races in the series.
What cars are permitted?: They will have to be a race car (no rally or RM cars) and have 502hp or less and weigh no less than 1100kgs and be with in the years of 1999 and 2011.
The Series will only start once there is a grid of a min of 8 Drivers
Will I need a MIC? No you do not. I don't have a MIC and won't be using one I will be typing.
Can Anyone Join? Yes.Until we have 16 Drivers then no more entries unless for reserve.
Rules and Regulations
-502hp Max
-Some Cars will over time gain more HP as you "break in the engine" use the power limiter to get the car back into the HP range.
-1100Kgs Min
-Racing Medium Max
-Full Damage Tire wear and Fuel
-1 Mandatory Pitstop Per Race
-No Rough Housing there is some rubbing in racing but all incidents will be look into during a replay of the race
if deemed to be instigated or "on purpose" A DQ will be handed out for the race.
-No Corner Cutting unless unavoidable No Position Change can happen when a corner is cut all will be reviewed if deemed intentional DQ for the race
-All racers will have 3 chances before a Series DQ.
-Tuning of the cars are permitted (No Upgrading of the car)
-Only TCS,Breaking Line,ABS are Permitted for Assists
-AT or MT is up to the driver
-If in a spin or accident yeild for traffic upon returning to the track
-In the case of a racing incident resulting in a crash NO position change can happen as a result of the crash.
-When Exiting the Pit Stay within the pit lines and yeild for traffic
Pit Rules
The Pit window is open from Lap 1 to lap 20 (any acccidents after lap 20 you are allowed into the pits)
Refueling is up to the team
When Exiting a pit you are limited to 100mph until the end of the pit line
Testing
-There will be Two test sessions prior to the 1st race week 5 Lap races at all the tracks 2 at Nur.
