Between GT6's 'fake' AI and other major issues it has, I'm a bit uneasy about this game reaching a GOTY list. Then again there weren't much other decent racers released this year besides Forza.

Most of the problems are exaggerated. Anyway it's better than Forza so I'm glad GT gets some recognition where F5 has been getting it by default with GT not even mentioned. I've noticed GT6 has missed out at a few sites simply because it released so late in the year(most GOTY awards are given in November anyway)..

My mind is blown for the fact that a "last gen" racer, beated the "next gen" racers, even Forza 5. I'm glad GT6 won, because it deserves it for the content it has that any racing game should be focusing on, and always focus on (despite the flaws the game contains). A game can be the prettiest thing of all games that "wows" folks, but if it doesn't have enough content, than what's the point? Mind you this is based on me, however no matter what, content should always be top priority over graphics, well for me anyway.

Hmmm...I guess that's nice, but it'd be nicer if review sites would get with the times and update their reviews for games that go through major changes in their lifetime. Reviews for GT5 aren't particularly representative of the final product and I suspect it will be the same case with GT6.
