When adjusting the gear ratio's of a car with the fully customizable transmission, does changing the top speed setting also change the upper and lower bounds for each gear ratio?
you can also change the upper and lower bound by changing the final drive THEN adjusting the top speed slider.
ie. a tranny with a FD of 4.000 and top speed of 200 will have different upper and lower range for each gear than a car with a FD of 3.000 with the same top speed.
