yeah...after christmas i couldnt really operate a keyboard letalone turn the PC on . i was legless for about 4 days straight. newyears was good, went down to brisbane and watched the fireworks while laying on wet grass almost passing out. last thursday...well that was a ****ty day, got a phonecall at about midday to say that mum was in hospital in a critical condition rah rah rah. she died about 2 hours before i got there. some drunk **** Tboned her. camrys dont go to well in a 50km/h side intrusion.

shes ok, its different when its ya mother in law i guess. not family, ya know? she took it hard like the rest of us but its just not the same. we are gonna try for another baby mid year so thats an upside.

nah, i finished all that. gonna lay new carpet in that house and then take a look at the second house we bought. theres pictures in the photography forum i think.

yeah, weve got 2 more in mind but nothing definate yet. we arent renting any houses out yet, weve gotta get into the newest one and fix a few things up.

Is there a chance that Boom or Lotus could start a "how the planet fares" thread in the OLR forum (and make it a sticky?) so that others could stop in and see who's running what, and who we face off against? I'd like to get the '9 boards' challenge out in the public eye to generate some interest.

im doin pretty ****in well all things considered. had to fix a busted spring on the vacumme advance arm in the distributor of the pajero today. no prick would sell me a spring so i had to buy a whole distributor. pricks. heading back to bundy tomorrow. BACK TO PS2! AH!

Yeah, team gt.de has bailed out of the first round. I guess they couldn't handle that race. To hard for them or something. Not what I expected from some of the finest racers around. But hey, better for us right!

yeah, should be mate. ill have a week of doing nothing then ill probably spend a few weeks at the new place to fix it up. might take the PC and PS2 so i wont be lonely .

getting sick of the pajero, need a new car. thats one of the main priorities for the next month.

not if we want to buy another house . weve talked about it and we have decided on either a commodore wagon (preferable V8 powered) or a newish cruiser/patrol. with kiddies coming, we cant have another sedan.

For some reason I just can't picture you driving a "wagon!" Don't do it man, for the love of god, don't do it!
I don't care if the damn thing has a V8 in it or not, your still driving a Station Wagon!

yeah but it will be a station wagon that could drop a 1/4 mile in under 14 seconds...think about it . it will have a limited slip rear diff too. the commodores have ****ty stock diffs - if you turn a corner and put your foot down just that little bit too far, the inner rear wheel with bugger all weight on it just smokes and you get really bad tyre wear. thats what i had an LSD in my white commodore sedan.

if we get a wagon, its no big drama. its a car and it gets me from a to b. plus i can fold down the back seats and sleep in it when i get kicked out of bed for farting.
