Eagle Talon Esi '97

I wish that this car came with some exterior modification options. There are a lot of aftermarket parts floating around for the Talon, especially the TSI variant. The TSI was the all wheel drive variant of the Talon and had much better performance. Eagle actually won a touring car championship with the Talon TSI and is one of only two American car companies to achieve that goal, the other being Oldsmobile. I actually enjoy driving this car a lot. It doesn't have as much firepower as an SRT4 but it does get the job done and would be a great beginner level car. It'll run lap times under 2:00 on Monza with this setup.

Ford SVT F-150 Lightning '03

This truck is a step up from the Chevrolet SS, but the Ram Hemi still edges it out in my book. Its a fun drive and is fairly easy to manuever. If you like trucks and like Fords then scoop this one up over the Ram. It runs lap times under 1:55 on Monza. Careful around the corners...This truck is a Torque Monster

AEM S2000

I thought I'd try this drift machine out on the race course. It handles exceptionally well, as do most S2000. It didn't necessarily have the power I was looking for and this car felt too similar to the regular S2000 '06 that i tuned earlier to make this car anything real special on tracks. I'm not much for drifting so I cant comment on its drifting abilities. Descent drive and descent lap times on Monza (sub 1:55).

Dodge Viper GTS '13

This car has taken great strides in its handling since the initial inception of Gran Turismo. It handles like a boss on high speed corners and can maintain grip without spinning out while exiting low speed corners. This car is probably one of the best bang for your buck supercars in the game. My best lap time was a high 1:38 on Monza with this cold blooded killer.

Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR '08

Ok, I thought the Corvette I recently tuned was nuts, but this car takes the cake. I was doing lap times under 1:35 on Monza. Its a full couple seconds faster on that course than anything I ever did with the zr1 c6 vette or the '13 viper gts. This car is nuts. Great handling, excellent speed, great acceleration...and it sounds pretty good, too. Total Package!

Mercedes Benz SLS AMG GT3 '11

This is easily one of the better handling cars in the game and it has exceptional performance as well. This one stacks up against the ACR Viper and the ZR1 C6 Vette no problem. It has better handling than both of those cars, but its top speed and acceleration may not be as good. This car drives like a champ and should get you through most races. Its a lot more forgiving than most cars with similar PP. This setup runs lap times of 1:40 on monza.

Lamborghini Diablo GT2 '98

Thanks Grant. This lunatic could not even go round a corner at Indy Oval without spinning out and screaming off-track before I tried your suspension settings. Should win on my next attempt.

Not a big fan of driving this thing on the track. It just doesn't fit my driving style all that well. With the High RPM Turbo equipped, It was a solid car for the like the wind series, though. I caught some good drafts and this thing took off!

Mazda RX-7 Type RZ (FD) '00

I really like tuning any RX-7. They have such god handling and an engine that never seems to quit! Maybe not the best for high speed circuits, but a great choice for most courses. When fully modified this car has a better statline than the RE Amemiya RX-7. I run lap times under 1:45 on my test course, Autodrome Nazionale Monza with the setup below. The high speed cornering ability of this car is awesome!

Ford Taurus SHO '98

Conan loves his SHO, so i thought I'd give it a try. A guy in my school had a SHO and talked about it as much as Conan did, too. Overall, not a shabby car. It runs pretty descent lap times on Monza - barely under 2 minutes. I tuned this more out of novelty but this would be a great car for a beginner.
