I my self love photograhy and looking into getting some half decent camera gear. 30D and maybe "a" wide angle L lense... Or considering settling with 350D + a nice lense and wait for prices to come down for full size censor for true magnification of lenses like 5D or 1Ds.

Aaanyways, sticking to the subject, what u think about this one :D Goin against rulz of third! Cheers!

Wow thanks! There are lots of wonderfull pics in here, pretty difficult to stand out from them if you ask me!
2nd one was just a usual drift from me, but I discovered this angle with the view blocked on the left. I thought it would make for an interesting crop:)

This thread is addicting:O
 
Cheers Rikaro, I visited your site. Great model (friend?). She looked very relaxed and casual which helps the photo IMO. Photos were nicely composed and exposure were spot on. Portraits are very hard to master but really those were nicely done!!
I also liked your Honda Civic shot as well. They were very detailed and clear. Some magazine quality stuff 👍 I guess those were done with your 5D with some quality lense?

Perhaps the background is too blurry?



Same problem perhaps, to blurry at the top-left corner?



A VERY EARLY pic, don't know how to prove upon it though.



Don't know about this one although the background is perhaps to blurred and red-balanced.

GT Pro I think you just gotta find some new camera angles, some unique ones:)

And get photoshop to play with levels and contrast and stuff.
 
Thanks, Yes, I've always wanted Photoshop but unfortuneatly, I don't have the budget right now to fork out $600+
 
Seeing as this thread hasn't been updated in awhile, here's one question i've been dying to ask to kick-start the thread up again:

Do you think I should start up my own gallery?

Though I still don't think i'm good enough, but this 'gallery' will be focused on by being 'uncut and un-edited'

In other words straight from the game; NOTHING will be edited upon them!

Just a question I wanted to hear your opininon on:tup:

Yer it did actually but eh, I usually say that to my girlfriend though.
 
If you're going to do it, GT Pro, update it continuously. Not like mine. I started it, kept it going for a few weeks, and then I couldn't update it anymore because of school. So make sure you have some time to update the galleries. Other than that, it would be good to see a "uncut" gallery added here!
