i just flaw it into the corner tun and handbrake (im not US lol) just mis the inside cone and as soon as i pass it or even before i flaw it again, repeat until done, you have to get on the power as early as possibel and you have to nearly hit the inside cone all the time

Yeah I do that, just doesn't seem to work for me. I'll try a little later anyway. Thanks for all your help, guys.

Can't help you on the 2 wheel....

but the barrel roll is easy--switch your view to first person--makes it much easier (same for loop the loop) as you can tell your position in the roll alot easier.

I've only got all golds in flight school-- I wonder why?? :)
The 2-wheel one is pretty easy. Run up the ramp, hold X and continuely tap brake (Square). If you're doing it right, it should keep you on two wheels. Simply release the buttons and drop down into the middle of the pink marker. This was first test I got a Gold on. :dopey:

First test I got a gold on was the 360. But I just drove real fast into the ramp, slid on my door, and stopped perfectly in the marker. It seems hard, but you get the hang of it.

just make sure u don't take the corners too wide.. and to take them, slam the handbrake going into it and let go about halfway through and get on the gas to swing ur ass end around. repeat as needed.

BTW, from what I've noticed so far, just passing a vehicle driving school (all bronze) gets you % points. So I think that you don't need all gold to get 100%, but that just passing all bronze will do it.

However, I can't confirm this. I can't confirm that getting all gold or all silver will add % points on top of your gold or silver % points.

KM.

I'm pretty sure I put that in the Checklist. Either way, I know you do need just to pass every test. Golding them is a bonus (and gives you a nice bonus).

I can't get gold on City Slicking, I breeze with the time but damage is annoying, but I guess I can just go slow and be careful, any other tips for golding that? Shortcuts etc.

That's what I do though, just something alsways comes out of an alley or something and puts a dent in that beautiful car!

Alley?

I hardly ever had trouble there with people turning, etc. You realise that really small bumps, regardless of damage, can just be 0% damage. Next time you hit something really softly, aka scrape, and it has damage on the car. Stop so it fails you, and look at the damage. Occasionally it won't register.

No alley I'm just making a point, no matter what something happens, I'm cursed I tells ya!

I think I know what you mean. That big sweeping hill, there's a car park. Every time for me, there was a car exiting it.

The most care you have to take is going up and down that hill, it's the hardest part of it. Once you master that, the rest should come pretty easy. The first turn can provide problems, however, as cars tend to pass through just when you want to cut across.

The time should never be a problem anyway. It's not a time that constitutes a fast drive. I took care in a lot of places, and I got a fairly good time. I should enter that in the Record Book, as I think you can find out your best time at the Driving School.

I just golded the car school, I did "City Slicking" first go, and it took me about 30 minutes to get the one where you have to do 5 laps. But it was worth it! Now I've only got the boat school left.

boat is very easy, youd gold it all in like 15 - 20min if that

Yeah, I golded most tests in that first go, whatever I got on my first run is what it stayed at, I don't think it'll take long though.

A little trick I used to slow down quicker was using brake and handbrake, you'd still turn around quickly but you'd slow down quicker and have to brake later.

Yeah I was trying that last night, and I was feeling I was getting a good time, but I kept hitting a damn cone. I'm at war with this test.

lol, I just use the handbrake and turn then gas asap. Its not that hard.

so who here as all golds?

Yeah, but when I use Handbrake and Turn, the car slides out too much so I get a crappy time, or I try to control it too much and I hit a cone.

i have all golds in the bike, car and boat schools and i think i'm missing 1 gold in the pilot's school.. either the takeoff and circle or takeoff, circle and land, dont remember

i dont know know why i thought of this, and i know its kinda off topic.. but the pile-ups on the interstate are pretty fun.. i like watching them all blow up .. reminds me of burnout 3 :)

I wouldn't think it's the take-off. That's one of the easiest tests in the game, and you've passed the other tests and they're hard, so I doubt it would be take-off. "Circle Airstrip and Land" is the hardest test at that school.

i didn't mean the one where you just have to takeoff. there's one where you do everything the same as the circle airstrip and land one, but without the landing part... but you're probably right :)

Ahh okay, sorry for the misunderstanding. I have to sit down one night and just have the patience to do the Pilot School.

well it turns out i had 2 left in the pilot school, but not anymore.. i got excited when i was awarded a hunter and decided to do some vigilante missions :)

The "Brown Thunder" missions seem considerably harder on this game then they were on Vice, or maybe it's just me...I still need to do the boat school, I might grab a plane and do that later. But I feel a bit lazy and don't feel like going out of LS, gang wars don't start if you're out of LS do they?
