Bob uses
400pp Isuzu 117 coupe
500pp Lotus 111r 04
650pp Bentley Speed 8
and wins without any help.

I use the same 3, who am I to argue with the almighty Bob

Alfa Romeo Brera Sky Window 3.2 JTS in the New Car Dealership - you'll have to lower the engine power to meet the PP threshold. None of my bobs have lost yet with that

For A-spec I use the premium Civic Type R from the dealership, but Bob struggles in the same car. Bob usually does alright in the de-tuned Integra Type R '98 or the TRD Celica ST231 also de-tuned.

For 500pp I've yet to find a faster car than the Ruf RGT '00, nothing can seem to touch it!

I use the premium Mazda Atenza 02 car. I have full aero parts(looks like a WTCC or BTCC car :) ). Oil change done, full weight reduction and RH tires. ( I can push the car really good on the stock tires). I have to tune down the power after each race because I am still breaking in the engine.

Cheers, mate! It's an awesome car for 400PP. All I bought was a sports ECU. Gets the gold at every race.

Any 350-450pp car you have never driven more than a mile or two.

EDIT: Assuming you can detune a full 50pp from a 450 obviously.

My Recommendation is the Car i personally use. I use a Nissan Sileghty (I think that's the proper spelling) that has some things in it. however i also use an Upgraded Lanica stratos. it's not as common as the selighty however it's more difficult to drive.
