Good alternative to a stress ball

Though it's not effective, I make drawings when I've got pent-up frustration.

It's purpose is to shut my brain off and forget about it by doing something I can focus on.
 
I personally have a mini yoyo collection, great stress relievers. Learn a new trick each time your super stressed/frustrated, it distracts you real good and its easy to carry around. :D
 
Play Gran Turismo 5 and drive any of these cars:
Ferrari 458
Audi R8 5.2
Lexus IS-F RM
Nissan GT-R
Ferrari F40
Lamborghini Murcielago LP-640 SuperVolece
Honda S2000
Suzuki Swift

Don't drive any of these:
Red Bull X1
Any LMP car which you haven't mastered
The Formula GT
Ferrari Enzo
Pagani Zonda R

Basicly drive something which either grips like no tomorrow, oversteers controllably or is just plain fun. Don't driver anything you think is oversteery when you're in a good mood, because driving those will make you mad when you spin from driving it angrily.

I'm very serious about that post as well. Driving those cars in GT5 is just so much fun.
 
Get a hammer and smash something (non living, of course!)
Once I chopped my neighbor's tree down with the sharp end of a hammer after seeing my first C-:guilty:
 
Try takin' a dump. You're probably constipated. I know it soothes me, unless when it feel like it's comin' out sideways... -Shudders-

Or a nap works. Naps solves everything.
