i do this simple set the spring rate to the lowest and work it from there

i usually put the Spring rate low 5.4 in the front and 4.0 in the back
Bound: 9 Front, 8 back
Rebound: 8 Front, 7 back
Toe 1.2 front 1.0 back
chamber:-.05 front, -.10 back
those are just the suspension settings I can't rember the rest but to give you an Idea you can modify it however to your likings
