I didn't bother clicking the links but seems a bit inappropriate?

Um...

No, those ads definitely aren't appropriate, and I'm quite surprised Google would allow anything like that in their network. I've further locked down permitted ad categories here which will hopefully will prevent those particular keywords from being displayed again.

I assume you were browsing the site while not signed in to your Premium account? Does the site normally look like that (without any other colors or formatting) to you?

I was not logged in as I clear cookies and temp files etc all the time, I also use many different laptops and pc's etc so I can't say specific to the format :dk:

As for the adds, they really don't mean anything to me one way or another, just a heads up if it's something that bothers you. 👍

Adverts usually target you based on what websites you view. BUSTED.

Anyway a bit odd that its advertising these things.

Its not always the case what I stated above though.

Aren't Google ads based on what you search/visit yourself?

No. Not on this site at least. I've had ads where I haven't even looked at the thing it's advertising, ever.

I don't look up dating websites.
I don't look up texting apps.

They filter by thread title, for instance if you look at the buttkicker thread you are likely to see things like subwoofer amps, power amps, etc. Or the God thread, God, Christian God, faith, etc. It's nothing more or less near I can tell.

I surf gay porn about as often as I surf subwoofer amps or Christian God, ie. never but  to all and the good joke.

I get told I need to buy Islamic clothing in adverts no matter what I am viewing. I am not Muslim. :odd:

Guess thats proof that it does not always link to what you view.
