Haha loading speeds are great. It was weird at first. They need to make it a little more user friendly, as in lableing what stuff should go where instead of just writting out another city, assuming that you'll put your city there
I'll second that. If I enter my address in Mapquest, it shows a house 2 miles away. If I then scroll over to my house, the roads around it don't exist.
It's brand new and I bet a bunch of sites (including Slashdot) have posted articles or threads about it causing an unusually high volume of people to visit it. In a week or two I bet it gets faster.
Pretty cool stuff. I like how it will use up all the browser space you give it, unlike other maps that are reduced to a small 400 x 400 box.
