Base model cars are a great idea though, never been a fan of standard racing decals, often prefer a cleaner look.

This doesn't sound promising... I'm hoping the OP means that this was only one of the few cars that are available, but not that it was the ONLY car available. I would like to think there are other cars you can purchase from the other dealerships at least?

Might it be the car you use for the tutorial?
 
In GT5, some of the specifications of the cars were incorrect. How much does the Lister Storm weigh? It was over 1400kg in GT5.

We saw these screens this week posted by shirakawaa, and altough they are basicly the same as the PS2 models they are a lot more refined and it seemed they have smoothed out those nasty jagged edges, can you confirm they look better please? :

Looks like it has an Arabic writing beside the "only on playstation" does it have Arabic support?
 
Could you get a picture of the in-game 2000GT? I still cannot verify if that car was standard after what I saw in the "Start Your Engines" trailer.
 
Is the menu soundtrack good and are they all new songs?

I cannot really rate the game looking at what I see here hopefully and I hope some things are fixed on the first day update. After a first week of QQ to polyphony digital after the launch day if its 🤬 :gtpflag:
