Apart from my first lap spin on that bloody kerb, and double clicking x at the pit stop, my race went ok :)
@Tassie_tiger what happened to you? I was catching you, then you pulled away, then I was right on you again..

Yep replay crashes every time at 94% uploaded.

@andrew1990 I have changed your entry number to 00 mate as thats what you ran with in the race. Please can you stick with 00 for the rest of the season :)

First of all, thank you @paoloevans for letting me race, that was fun!👍

I tried to keep up with @HoonigaN96 the first 3 laps, but he was so fast I couldn't stay with him.

Despite that, I was pretty satisfied with my pace despite my limited time of training and my stupid mistake by smashing the wall at the pit entry and getting a 4 secs penalty:banghead:

If I have opportunity to race with you again you can count me in:tup:

@paoloevans do you think we could make the rolling start a bit closer? It had a very daily race feel to it.

But it did keep things clean I guess.

There is no option in the lobby settings to adjust the rolling start distance. It was either that or grid start I'm afraid.

Hopefully it keeps things clean at Monza, too. Especially if we're running the chicane.

I have tried to put together a highlights reel. Probably left too much of my battle in it, but thought it was a decent watch. Congrats to the podium, you drove a great race, and major congrats to @HoonigaN96 as you were in a different league :)

Looking at the highlights the gap looks fine. It's just for some reason the game put me along way back from Standard FV.
 
It was a good race for myself, set my fastest lap of any practice session in qualy with a 44.3 I think it was. In the race @Spinerkopin kept me honest for the first stint, close enough that if I made a mistake he'd be able to capitalise, managed the fuel throughout the race to draw out the 1st stint as long as possible. 2nd stint I was able to get the hammer down a bit more, still short shifting but started banging in low 44s for fun and managed a 44.2, with 1.5 tenths to spare in sector 1, then backed off on the last 2 laps to avoid any embarrassing moment.

Monza will probably be a completely different story, 10 second hold penalty at the pitstop and there aren't enough corners for the Subaru to make up the deficit on the straights and in the pits. I expect to see the AMG, Supra and Mustang up there at Monza

My apologies. I did fully plan on racing and I misjudged the time zone difference. I entered the lobby just after the race had ended and a member who had participated confirmed that it had ended. You may move me around on the list however you feel necessary, there are many interested members.

As a point of reference, what am I looking at for a competitive lap time at Monza?
 
I don't think I've done a Gr3 race at Monza, can't find any record of one on Kudosprime, have a look at the circuit experience leader boards that'll give you a rough idea.
 
Been having a think, and I'd like to offer my spot to one of the reserves.

I'll stay on as a reserve. But, realistically, I don't have the pace to run with you guys.

It is. But, if I can't beat the AI in practise runs, I have no place here. Really, I just need more wheel time before I'm on pace.
