Below is a list of drivers that have an auto-confirm pending (green highlight), have already stated their intention to race (blue) or confirmed as tentative (grey) to race this Saturday, 6/15/19.
***NOTE***If you have an auto-confirm pending, or have previously confirmed, but will not be able to race, that statement must be made in this thread. Failure to do so will have a negative impact on your participation % and your overall status.

Ok thanks. Do we stick with our Sprint Series Gr.3 cars for this as well?
 
After the 2.4 qualifying I'm gonna spend the rest of the night with the BOD getting everything they need to finalize this

I agree a lot of it is about the drivers. These Earnhardt moments were actually pretty far in between. Most races back then were much more “boring” then they are nowadays. I like the old school nascar from a purist standpoint. It was a lot less exciting at most times but it wasn’t fabricated. What bothers me about nascar today is how fabricated it is to create constant excitement. True Motorsport fans shouldn’t have to suffer because people don’t have an attention span longer than the next retweet. Where nascar really messed up was they stayed in the 80s. Imagine how cool it would be if nascar looked like IMSA. Real stock car racing. The gen7 car that’s coming out is rumored to be something much closer to that.

I thought the current car was Gen 7? Welp, that's what I get for not having TV. NASCAR did screw up with the COT and common templates. There's no question about it. The current car did break that a bit, but I don't think you'll ever see IMSA styled cars in NASCAR. They own both organizations. Also, there was a start up Stock Car body that tried this in like 2005. They were going to run the Corvette, Viper, and Mustang. It was called TRAC.

They also screwed up trying to implement stick and ball playoffs into circle track racing.

Still a life changing experience...still remember being at the birth of our son, one of the greatest days of my life.

Thats 100% accurate! Would pay to go see him do stand up but DO NOT let that hilarious SOB in ur party chat if ur trying to be serious! Almost died multiple times last night cause he had me laughing so hard i couldnt breath!
