The following are the changes for ARL GR.3 Season 4


  • Tire wear will be increased to 14x
  • Wildcard will scale back from 3 races per season to 2. 1 wildcard race will be at the midway point and the 2nd wildcard race will be at the end of the season.
  • Wildcard start time has been bumped up to 10 pm. central . drivers will need to be in the lobby ready to race at 10
  • Teams have been changed to allow 3 drivers per team with the 2 drivers with the highest points being scored for the team. Also with us allowing 3 per team now at least 1 should be from the opposite division ( 2 silver 1 bronze, 2 bronze 1 silver)
  • Qualifying is now a 15 minute open qualifying. Just like season 1 once you enter the track you have locked in your tires and must start the race on the same compound you qualify on. Pits will be open during qualifying and a BoD member will be monitoring tire compounds. We used this in season 1 using the honor system and didnt have a problem I don't really see us having one this season either hopefully.
  • Race night layout has changed
  1. 9:45 – 10:00 (central) Room opens for Free Practice
  2. 10:00 – 10:15 (central) Qualifying
  3. 10:15 - 10:20 (central) break before race starts
  4. 10:20-11:30 (central) 45 min race. (the extra time is for disconnect, stuck on grid, late arrivals)
  • 2.5 RESTARTS
  • We are trying something new for Season 4 with restarts. No one wants to be in a major wreck on the first lap in the first turn so we are going to implement a restart procedure to hopefully ease some of madness lol. Now with that being said if it's not a major pile up consisting of 3 or more cars there is no guarantee there will be a restart. If you are involved in a pile up that warrants a restart you must type “RESTART” in the chat so we can see it and it must be done before your complete sector 1.
  • Took out the part out where teams had to run the same color and sponsor
  • Took out the part where drivers in bronze had to have white banner and silver having black. I honestly did even hold myself to this rule in season 3 and if I can't even remember it I don't expect anyone else to so liveries for teams and drivers are open to normal ARL rules “humor is always encouraged, no nudity (damn you neutty) and nothing offensive (damn liberals)”

@WanganGhost ghost is correct he has competed in 36/37 races which makes his percentage I believe Nick said like 97.3% I'm sure he will correct me if I'm wrong. So on behalf of everyone in the bod we say thank you to me ghost for all his support and dedication to a few guys with a silly idea and a dream
