Looking to guage interest in something the BoD wants try out for any drivers that may be struggling a bit.

Would you be interested in an ARL driving school?

We would like to hold it on a Thursday evening and the ARL BoD would like to invite any driver that needs assistance to come practice with us.

We will spend the evening giving pointers to anyone who wants them to help make them a faster and safer driver!

I really like this too, this is something no other groups do as you guys know and can see we try to break the mold and do things different with that being said im by no means setting any land speed records anytime soon but I had alot of guys teach me the ropes (try having a empty room with sam following you for 20 laps) and things i never knew before. we hope this can help drivers since the GR.4 league is no longer the "beginner" league @PApunk924 created a monster with that one! you can count me in I know I could use the help and pass on what little knowledge I have lol!

Well another season in the books and Season 4 is right around the corner so here is a little gem for you guys!


ARL NEWS

Unfortunately Team Mello Yello did not repeat as champions it was not a lack of effort on the teams #2 driver @TexasJDC he was the backbone of the team while carrying TMY and held them in contention for the championship fight. Sadly the same cannot be said for the teams #1 driver @Herimopp89 apparently being the #1 driver has yet again went to his head (or forehead for that matter, that sucker is HUGE). Lately tabloids have reported seeing HERI doing some very strange things such as snorting crushed up horse laxatives off of a dead hookers body, offering to wax @Neutty bald head (while we spell checks every damn thing I ****ing say) for lax money, not to mention @Nick Cannella caught him getting into nicks milk of magnesia stash and he really needs that stuff he’s old! Rumor has it @Jw_wk1010 busted him breaking into his midget horse farm and raiding the place for horse laxatives while being alongside @PApunk924 bc he is an enabler, we really hope PA does not start going down the same path as HERI but only time will tell. Recently @Herimopp89 was in court answering for a previous conviction; our sources say it was something to do with an incident in season 2 about sexually assaulting a tire in the garage before a race. The judge gave HERI the max sentence he could receive and now TMY has to pay the price for it HERI’s addictions. The sentence he received was he had to have a personal nanny in @Ryan Kirk bc he can’t control himself around horse laxatives for some strange reason, not to mention also taking him on as the #3 driver for TMY for season 4. We caught up with Tex attending the sentencing and he had this to say “this is BS why do I have to suffer bc HERI can’t kick the habit? Someone should take him out back and beat him with a rubber hose but you have your damn unions now and people like liberal @Nick Cannella who will whine about it so it looks like I will do my best to carry the team for another season”. Good luck to team mello yello and remember if you or someone you know has an addiction please seek help.

This is a great idea guys. I will certainly take part, whether it's to learn from you guys or offer assistance. Most people (wrongly) assume I've been sim racing for some time, when in fact this is the first GT title I've ever played. Blasphemous I know. I have been playing since launch. I started at GTS and worked my way backwards as far as I could, bought a wheel and found I had a knack for it. I am an avid motorsport fan! Point is, you can always learn, it's never too late and you're never too old, or young to pick up on something, especially when it's basically the same thing as something you enjoy in another way.

Definitely a good idea, but sadly I'm not in the right time zone. Would lessons be done via podcast or voice chat as well?

Honestly the big things for me are how well it corners and how planted it is. Plus it doesn't have tons of understeer either.

Breaking news midget and a skirt racing has unfortunately pulled out of season 4 due to a lack of funding. Buuuutttttttt all is not lost. Thanks to the dwcrt the two star drivers myself and @Mrs Neutty will still have rides. Rumor has it that the death wish coffee racing team received enough tax breaks from placing not only a woman and a midget in there race cars but also allowing a senior citizen to continue to drive eventhough he was past his prime when Noah built the ark. This exciting turn of events has allowed the team to fund a third car for the upcoming season. It sure to be a great season all I can say is @TexasJDC u better beef up those bumpers because between the Mrs and father time it sure to be a rough one for you pal.
