I can assure everyone, @PApunk924 and I ARE NOT GOING ANYWHERE! We all have worked very hard on making this series (and league) what it is. Dave and I will not let this sink into oblivion and become obsolete.
The ranks may be thinning but we still have a core group of drivers (established and newer) that are loyal to ARL and we intend to keep our league up and running. Things may look different for a while, perhaps, but lets not get discouraged and stick a knife into something we all helped build in one way or another.

Ok, then ill blame it on the rona...just stinks cuz i basically just found you guys and its all seemingly dissipating all at once. Its an awesome core and wish i wouldve found you guys sooner or it lasted longer

Oh it won't be stopping as long as you guys keep showing up! I plan to be back for season 8 and will still race a few in season 7
 
@Nick Cannella is right. He and I will be the 2 constants during this transition. We may start seeing smaller turnouts and it may seem discouraging at first but I think it will make for some more intense racing.

I see us getting back to 16 car lobbies and with the departure of some of our more established drivers it will give more opportunity to our other drivers to showcase their skills.

As long as this league is up, and @Nick Cannella and @PApunk924 will allow it, I'll be there for y'all to lap me. It's the only challenge I can provide — being in the way. This group and their generosity has solidified me being here. I can hear the groans of disappointment from some of you.

I do my best to promote us in Daily Races with my ARL liveries, and am always on the lookout for guys wanting a league. I send everyone one I can this way. I appreciate all the encouragement @TexasJDC has provided me over the Seasons.

I've read through the proposed revamp in qualifying format, and I cast a 'No' vote for it. The concept is almost similar to pre-Season 4 or 5 format, where we would line up outside the pits and take off one by one. And then we have a single lap run to determine the grid. I find that's much more time-consuming and minimizes on-track time for the best shot.

As for the proposed new qualifying format, I feel that it takes away the element of competing for the grid and track position, especially in the closing moments where there's usually another shuffle in lap times. Honestly I felt that 10-minutes might be a little too short in circuits that are pretty long, especially in a single qualifying session. If it's a 15-minute session for shorter tracks and 20-minutes for longer ones it might be much reasonable.

There were scenarios where a driver planning to take on fresh set of tires or repairs mid-session get to miss out on another shot of hotlap. The additional allowance might be able to give them a bit more chance. But of course that'll eat more time into your sleep zone, so it's a mix and match.

Perhaps you might want to get wilder with Wild Cards. Rather than a single driver to pick the race, car, conditions (weather + consumption), you could pick 3 drivers instead to give it a deathly twist. (I'm going to get shot for this.)

I'm thinking the BoD more closely resemble the McPoyale family. Close knit, respectful, never breed outside your bloodline, stuff like that.
