Had a bad night, so I'm happy to not be last overall. My apologies to those that git caught in my mess.
Hey man I can say I had a rough night aswell that track is very fast and unforgiving. You raced very clean everytime I was around you

Meh. I have serious problems overtaking, I might be too nice, if you know what I mean. So, so worried about avoiding contact. It's already difficult to pass cleanly around Brands and I remember making passes and getting ahead, but always feel bad about any contact, so I intentionally didn't accelerate out in order to give the position back. Might have spent 30-45 seconds off track as a result of me avoid someone else and that's in no way their fault, it's just me being overly concerned about potentially ruining someone else's race. Maybe I just had a bad night and I'm totally overthinking this. Just putting it out there to see if you guys have some advice. :)

You raced really clean I know I was around you 2 or 3 times and everytime you raced me clean. I think your over thinking it brands is a different beast compared to most tracks as long as you had fun that's all that matters man!

Damn! :lol:

Thanks again for the race last night and I had a lot of fun. Started last 14th but made my way up to 5th place before getting bumped off the track and taking on damage. Tried clawing my way back up the field after that but I was just eating up way to much fuel in doing so and I had to pit a 4th time. I think I still placed 9th in our lobby. Not to shabby for not running one practice lap and using RS for the race.

Hopefully I can join in again sometime when I get free time to play.

I'm usually the one being passed.... In which case I try to relent in a decent spot (or what I believe would be) especially to lead lap guys.

I've only been in your lobby a few times but you've always been tidy with your lines. Yes it's up to faster drivers to find a way around but you always take a predictable line. Just thought I'd add that.

Join us anytime you’re available and would like to race. You’re more than welcome.

Same goes with my race. You guys are more than welcome to run any race if you ever have some free time. I hope you know that.
I really wish I had more free time myself because I would like to actually compete in this Gr.3 ARL Series on a regular basis.

SNAIL ENDURANCE TOMORROW NIGHT!!!

*Announcement*

*6/18 Race at SARTHE has been changed to mimic the 2.4 hour race.

This means you can run the cars you have selected for the 2.4.

This means that we will run a 90 minute race and we may require 2 lobbies. We will run this as a timed race as well.

If you want to run for Snail endurance points, you may do so and only run 60 minutes worth. I will go back to the stream, and verify you completed 60 minutes worth and score points from there any more time spent on track is a bonus for you.

If you were planning on running due to the upcoming ARL race on Saturday, we can get your car to the proper BOP settings and you can run the track and learn it more. The only difference would be the tyre/fuel wear.

This will consist of a multi-class event, you may run what you want as far as going for arl practice or 2.4 practice.

All SNAIL/ARL drivers are welcome.

You have been listed below as you have ran with us before or you are a trusted racer and you have signed up for the 2.4 race.

Go here to confirm.

If 2 lobbies are needed then we will split it up with who is running the 2.4 and who is in it for ARL/SNAIL RACE.

@Jacob Falcon @WanganGhost @Timlour @Alltrac185 @Jw_wk1010 @GTP_Nail @racingchamp30
@aceboy127 @TEX36 @Herimopp89 @Rob Pardun @GTP_Guido @damonc84 @SAMHAIN85 @TexasJDC @Bubdub804 @Antares26 @Nick Cannella

Thats 100% accurate! Would pay to go see him do stand up but DO NOT let that hilarious SOB in ur party chat if ur trying to be serious! Almost died multiple times last night cause he had me laughing so hard i couldnt breath!

Thanks guys, Lol. I am actually trying to start getting a resume figured out and some demos recorded to get in doing voice over work. With the goal of being able to become a voice actor. So hopefully one day you may hear me in video games, cartoons, anime or radio commercials.

Dont forget to sign up even if your not running the 2.4 this is still really good practice for saturday. And if you are running the 2.4 this is a really good idea to get a strategy down before friday.

Lots of great and valid points.

Tonight will be a non-points night.

I want to ask everyone if they would rather run and practice for ARL please PM ME and we can see about getting a lobby going if enough interest.

If you plan and need to race the 2.4 portion and you haven’t already posted here your confirmation please do so now.

Speak up now. If you do not speak up I will plan to have the lobby open with 2.4 settings. Like I’ve said before if 1 lobby, we will get you to the right Gr.3 BOP so you can practice the track.

If you want to race with 2.4 settings and in a GR.1 you may do so as well.

This was posted in the endurance thread.
