How about we do SF19 stock with 3 laps of the Noedschifle 24 Hour track. Or if not that, LMP1 cars for the Noedschifle 24 hour track.

C. Track selection is the same as stated in ARL (everything is open except Nurburgring 24H, Nurburgring Nordschleife, & dirt tracks

On a side note, the Black Rifle Coffee BMW M6 still bested the lead driver and team owner of Death Wish Coffee Racing(@Nick Cannella ) in overall time. To the Famous 43, that's a win.

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:. :cheers::cheers:

I say short track like lake maggiore center 2 or monza or Red Bull short track with the Porsche 1995 Carrera RS club sport. Like a mini Porsche classic cup.

Exactly..
911 Turbo (930) 1981 (N300)
911 (993) Carrera RS Club Sport (N300)
911 GT3 (996) 2001 (N400)
911 GT3 (997) 2008 (N400)
911 GT3 RS 2016 (N600)
They are all awesome N-class cars to race.

Hey put lower points racers in a gr2 car, and higher points racer in gr3 car? That would be interesting??? Just a thought???:D

ATTENTION ARL MEMBERS.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING AS IT IS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION GOING FORWARD.

WE WOULD LIKE TO ANNOUNCE THAT FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF MONTHS @Neutty WILL BE THE HEAD STEWARD. @Herimopp89 WILL STILL HELP WITH IR'S BUT WILL MOST LIKELY NOT BE TYPING TO EVERYONE. THE BACKUP STEWARD IS CURRENTLY @Jw_wk1010 AND HE IS STILL AVAILABLE TO HELP US.

Blame the corona virus

WE WOULD LIKE TO ANNOUNCE THAT @PApunk924 WILL STEP UP AND HELP MYSELF AND @Herimopp89 .

NOW, THE IMPORTANT CHANGES. WE HAVE BEEN WORKING HEAVILY ON A NEW PENALTY POINTS SYSTEM. THIS NEW SYSTEM WILL BE ACROSS ALL ARL SERIES MINUS THE SUPER FORMULA SERIES. THIS SYSTEM WILL MAKE OUR LIVES EASIER TO ASSESS PENALTIES, AND HOPEFULLY CLEAN UP THE BS WE HAVE BEEN SEEING OVER THE LAST FEW WEEKS.

GOING FORWARD, ONE OF THE STEWARDS CAN RANDOMLY PULL UP A REPLAY AND GO THROUGH IT AND ASSESS PENALTIES EVEN IF NOTHING WAS FILED.

3 Points - Cutting Track Limits with no concession

3 Points - Blocking (After one allowed move)

3 Points - Cutting someone off in the corner (Driver is past their door) Replay Review will show more.

4 Points - Contact that results in minor damage on a straight

8 Points - Contact that results in Major Damage on a straight

3 Points - Passing Out of Bounds

3 Points - Uncontrolled Unsafe reentry

3 Points - Spinning another car

3 Points - Pushing another driver out of bounds

4 Points - Bumping another car on entry or mid corner that pushes them into a wall or wide of corner exit.

5 Points - Dive Bomb

6 Points - Controlled Unsafe reentry

Everything above in blue is a minimum with an addition of the below.

Concession given is 0 points

No Concession is 2 point addition

No Damage is 0 Points

Minor Damage is 2 points given

Major Damage is 5 points given

Example:

Dive Bomb with Concession and no damage is 5 points.

Dive Bomb with Concession and Minor Damage (+2) is 7 Points

Dive Bomb with Concession and Major Damage (+5) is 10 Points

Dive Bomb with No Concession (+2) and No damage is 7 points

Dive Bomb with No Concession (+2) and Minor Damage (+2) is 9 Points

Dive Bomb with No Concession (+2) and Major Damage (+5) is 12 Points

20 points- anything that can be determined retaliation, intentionally wrecking someone, just driving like an idiot and causing a scene.

We do take into consideration that mistakes happen and we will look into a less severe penalty if self-reported.

MINOR damage- damage that affects the aero/handling

MAJOR damage- anything damage that results in engine damage

Any penalties resulting higher than 15 points, driver will start at the rear of the next race with no chance of pole position bonus point. The driver will be placed on probation for a determined amount of time.

When a driver gets to 18 points total for a season that driver will either be on probation for 1 race and/or have a meeting with the stewards and discuss all incidents. The driver will not be eligible for any bonus points (pole or fastest lap) of any kind for the remainder of the season. The driver may have any points for the night taken away. Drivers on Probation can be subject to double penalty points for the remainder of the season.

If a driver receives 30 points for a season they will be suspended from the rest of the season of the League they have the highest attendance record in. Meaning, if you have an attendance record of 85% in Gr.4 series and a record of 100% Gr.3 series, you are suspended from the remainder of the season in Gr.3 series. You will be placed on a FINAL probation for ALL OTHER SERIES for 30 days.

30 day Final probations are your final chance. During this time your driving will be heavily critiqued. If we feel that you have done your very best and cleaned up your driving enough, we will lift the probation and you will start at 0 points. We ask that you reach out to any BOD member for some 1 on 1 training to help you learn what you are doing wrong and understand what you need to do in the future.

If you violate your Final probation period, you will be suspended from ALL ARL ACTIVITIES, for 30 days.

If you decide to race again after your 30 day Suspension and you recieve 30 points again, we will suspend you indefinitely from ARL.

But yet we can run the other rediculously long and boring tracks. Why are you racist towards Germany?

It certainly sounds like a demerit points shower! I understand that there has been some nasty on-track incidents as well as the now-deleted post.

I guess it's inevitable that boundaries were hard drawn across in bid to curb poor driving. It's just the start so we all have to assess the impact and weight heavily on the consequences for it.

It is not designed by any means to hurt the racing itself just create some accountability and hopefully eliminate some of the lap one chaos

I want to make sure that everyone knows we don’t want this to turn into a bumper car or NASCAR type series. However, some of the stuff I saw the other night showed me that it’s time to push this change. Racing is going to happen, keep in mind that hard clean racing is our ultimate goal here. Most likely, unless it’s blatantly obvious, we won’t be doing anything with assessing penalty points without and IR filed. Some incidents can still be deemed a racing deal. Hopefully this makes the penalty system more clear cut.

Alright drivers, wildcard weekend is coming up, and we are all eagerly awaiting @NASCARNATE91's pick. A few reminders for everyone regarding this weeks race.
  • Confirmation for this race is a MUST to insure we get started on time and have no last minute changes to the scoresheet and grid order.
  • There will be 2 Wildcard lobbies one Bronze and one Silver lobby. 16 drivers per lobby.
  • Grid will be based off of total points for the season least in points to most in points for all full-time drivers and most in points to least in points for part-time drivers.
  • Races will last 1 hour.
  • Double Points night for every driver who completes the race (along with the DNF Rule). (with three WC races this season, your top 2 scores will count toward season championship points.)
  • No qualifying just an extended practice till race starts.
  • All drivers need to be in room no later than 9:45pm central for grid sorting purposes.

Not gonna lie that would be genious strategy on his part. I'm gonna practice with it and may give it another go next season if I can get a handle on it. He has definitely proven how fast it can be. And hopefully @Trappy93 will get rid of his training wheels and get in a real car.
Ok how about both of us in the huracan next season

It may sound harsh but I do not disagree with the renewed demerit system, and yes I do agree with you that this is proper, professional racing compared to the (pardon my crude language) BS we all at least had in Sport Mode/FIA races online. I believe no one should be discouraged heavily just because stricter measures are in place.

Everyone deserves and desires hard racing, in a well-respected manner. I know we all make mistakes from time to time, but cautiousness should be greatly placed among ourselves best.

Another thing to note, would technicalities fall foul to these categories or at least in reduced form? Technicalities include lagging, time delay between players, hardware/software glitches. I know of a classic technicality involving me and another racer back then, where different replays showed completely different positioning of the cars at the same time (approx. 1 second difference).
