SYD VISCUS ANNOUNCES MAZDA SPLIT
In a brief press conference this evening, Syd Viscus announced his departure from Grolsch Canada Mazda.
"It's been an honour to race for such a storied marque as Mazda, and they have been nothing but spectacular for me in my rookie season. We have seen the highest high's and the lowest low's together this season, and whatever I achieve henceforth has a great deal to do with the folks back at Mazda, everyone in the team and back at the factories."
When pressed on the issue of where or what he'd be driving come the next campaign, Viscus remained tight-lipped, hinting only at big announcements to come in the near future.
