Gran Turismo 3 Game Config Editor

Hello everyone, I am trying to use this tool "GT3 Game Config Editor" from this link

I cannot make this work. Do I need to open the iso disc file to extract gcf file? thanks

You would need to extract the VOL from the disc, then extract all of the files from the VOL. GTVolTools by adeyblue will extract GT3's VOL format, but if you're aiming to edit the file and put it back into the game you'd need a VOL tool that can rebuild the VOL. I've written one but it's not publicly released, however nor is the gameconfig editor really.

If you're genuinely interested in modding GT3 there's a Discord channel which is probably a better place to discuss this sort of thing.
