Hi guys! What's Up?

So...I'm feeling a lack of good dynamic themes of GT5. So I'm toast this topic! For people who know how to use photoshop and editing programs ... and are fans of Gran Turismo 5 .. could help create great themes!

I can not mess around with image editing programs but I can help by giving ideas.

Shall we begin?

This is an excellent idea! I'm envisioning cars marquee-ing across the screen against a matching background. Bring on the geek squad! :D

In order to create a 'dynamic' theme you need a PS3 Dev Kit and be a PS3 developer - Sony don't allow non-authorised devs to 'sign' (that's the only way they will run on the machine) the themes.

You can make your own standard themes easy enough though - check out my sig below for the ones I've created so far. :)

http://www.ps3-themes.com/ <- Check out that site, that's where I got alot of my themes from. I don't know how many GT5 themes are there, but they do have a program that allows you to make them. There is a how-to on how to make the themes. I may make one myself as I wait on my PS3 Slim disc laser to get shipped to me. Having a PS3 that works, but don't play games for 5 weeks is soul crushing.

That site I posted above will let you "edit" dynamic themes. I haven't checked it out before, but I might.

Ahh, haven't been on that site for a while, it looks like new edition - will take a look and see what its about.

EDIT: Just had a look - the dynamic editor only allows you to edit other dynamic themes (Prince of Persia, Heavy Rain etc) that are already signed by Sony, and you can only change a few things like backgrounds and switch effects on/off. You cant make a brand new theme as it still wont be signed. It's not quite as advanced as creating something unique, but its a start at least. I'll have a play around with it soon.

Ah, I didn't look all that much into it myself. I got alot of PhotoShop stuff to do at the moment. I'll check it out when I get done.
