Nope i just read it and i think its quiet exciting aswell, it means were going to get some great information afterwards, so what theres no video but theres going to be some great info. :)

Even just the fact that they are doing all this, is just confirming for me that its so so close :)

Hey does anybody know why G4TV is recommended for viewing the Sony conference tomorrow? Does it have interviews or something lined-up or has it just been reliable for the others so far, just tryed to check out which im going to use cause i just caught the end of the EA one on GameTrailer and thought there quality etc was pretty good :)

Reliable, quick loading, quite good quality as well. and commercial-free

Oh, except for the fact that it will be second hand information, will not have any videos, pictures, or any reference to any "source material" of that type. You can record what someone says with a tape recorder and get what he said right, you can't do that with screen-shots or any footage shown. It's BS, and they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it. If this was any other studio, they would be shut down by now.

Not sure about its credibility, but I'm sure KY would give big details in a closed room.

Hopefully that info is leaked to us. If it's true.

Let's just wait until Sony hits the stage. That is factual.

I agree. I don't really want any movies. I just want a release date. I'd love for the rest to be a surprise. That would totally be cool with me.

Ok, maybe a few confirmations about damage, interior views, # of cars and # of tracks would be nice.

But video? I couldn't care less.

Why should this be permissible? Why should we just suck the **** of PD and accept what they are willing to give us, as if they are God's gift to mankind. If this is the kind of BS they want to pull then I say shut PD down, and stop making GT games

I'm glad they're not telling us everything, giving us 3 hours of gameplay footage, and ruining all the surprise. I'm looking forward to putting the game in and looking around for myself.

You just have to accept that this generation PD have been something else, to think in that time between the announcement of this game and now most other franchises have already released at least 2 games and we're not talking rushed games here. I came into E3 thinking "right this is it, blowout time" and that has been dashed in 2 minutes. I'm still confident that the game will release this year so a solid release date is what I expect as a certainty.

Then don't watch the conference, and don't go searching for info on the net. Why should we not be able to complain about the smug arrogance of PD? Why should we not be allowed to say something? I love GT, wasn't thrilled with forza, and am addicted to my PS3, but this crap is just that, CRAP. All of you fanboys can run around saying that it's not, but that doesn't change the fact that it IS.

OMG you speak the truth, i mis those days when we had some info about the game written on a magazine with some small pictures.... nowadays when we buy a game and open it its so little excitement comparing it with the old days.

RedSuninit, I'm not going to tell you that you should not be pissed. But what I will say, is that we may be jumping the gun a little bit. This is something that is not confirmed and even if it is... its standard operating procedure.

So, from one TN guy to another, let us take a step back and let everything unfold. I bet we will all be happy. Well.... no probably not, this is GTPlanet after all. :sly:

Same here, iv always felt this way when it comes to games.. I mean i wouldnt go buy a movie if i knew exactly what happened. All you need is enough info to know what its about (like we do with GT5), and when you can go buy it (which is what we shall get this week). So just relax and wait :)
