Hahahaha, I was kinda angry when I read that closed door thingy, but then saw that post and everything seemed OK, By the way, People should just wait till tomorrow to bring down the GTPlanet Server if we get nothing.

Really? Didn't they have the same "closed door" thing at, was it TGS or something a few months ago? Where they showed the nascar trailer that we got just recently? PD is good at keeping things secret.

i guess u don't know Darin Gangi and Insidesimracing, they barley cover their own news about GT5, they didn't even mentioned anything about GT5 in their videos when it was at GDC. they only copy paste old news from other websites and post them on racesimcentral.com

so the article is pretty much unreliable.

If there is no release date announced, it is fail Sony. And I am betting there will be none.

I think he agree with you and was being sarcastic, as in no one beside PD really know what's in or not in GT5.
 
They were very enthusiastic and looking forward to GT5 during their last episode. They will be at e3 and will be in the closed doors session. Not sure why you're discrediting the guys.
 
@Susuki, I watch Darin and Shaun alot. He would not post that if it's not true. Those guys get invited to lots of different studios and I reckon he knows more than you about GT5. Still could fit it on a stamp though.

Man I really hope this isn't just a slow, painful, weeklong disappointment :indiff: I'm not ruling out a Dec 31st, 11:59 pm release date announcement either :scared: seeing as they're promising 2010 release.
 
Maybe abit later if they go fiscal.

Damn i cannot believe the crying around here, i mean Sony doesnt even start their show til tomorrow. Can we give them a chance? It also makes me laugh how people right away put this guys info on a peda stool but i bet if he said GT was going to feature a track editor, people would automatically say " its not from PD/Sony rep. dont trust it." I know its been a long painful wait ,but some of us really have to grow up. I will say this i am so happy i have G4HD channel i can't wait to see anything regarding GT5 👍

So just by going off what was said in the post I agreed with on the info we'll get, the "closed door stuff" is automatically reffering to pictures and videos? I sure don't remember that was confirmed in this "Closed door blowout session", only that apparently this session will happen. Now it most likely can be assumed that pictures and video are what will be featured since its closed doors(that or a coming out party, which in that case can remain behind closed doors :sick:), but it doesn't necessary mean thats what it really is. Hell it could be anything, maybe a free swag spree or "blowout" might be something that includes shrapnel and decapitated body parts. Overly imaginative joking aside, It could be anything really.

E3 has been very disappointing up until now. A bad omen to the gaming community. Looks like the casuals are taking over the industry.

I'm really hopping Sony and PD won't disappoint. I can't take another hit.

But seriously, yeah, there will be a certain amount of tinkertoy Wii-style fare, but when hasn't this been true?

And, are you forgetting about all those other games coming out? Like Last Guardian, Motorstorm Apocalypse, Resistance 3, Killzone 3, Agent, the next Ratchet & Clank, and numerous other grownup games. Microsoft is still milking Halo and GEARS! as well. Heck, I can't afford to get all the PS games I want. I have to budget for them, my music gear and stereo addictions too.

SONY knows the gamer demographic runs beyond the 30-somethings these days. Worry not, Padawan, good things will come.

im sure i know a lot of things that they don't what to talk about. ;)

Well all will be revealed over time. If the private media presentation is true then their credible. If it's not true then there incredible. Or something like that.

:lol: Yeah ill be going to sleep then watching it at 7am here so its quiet a nice time for me, but i really appreciate what your doing here, yeah theres 100+ pages of crap now but Page 1 is all ill be looking at so good luck and yeah, appreciate it! :)
