Alright, here is my fourth entry! :)

Honestly; this one gets you a little pumped up (even if i are a nerd like that). But it just.. stops.. like "aww :(" lol

hi to everybody :) compliments for the video all very beautiful ,Gran Turismo always transmits great passion 👍 👍
I have prepared a small my personal tribute :

you excuse for my bad English I use a translator...:nervous:

bye ciao! :)

This one is great; good finish; builds up the anticipation well, too.

After having gone through all 6 Pages, these two are my favorite, despite the harsh ending of the first one's music. Unfortunately there are a lot of "removed by user" ones. You guys need to edit your posts and just remove the videos, for clarity.

this is great!! goob job my friend :bowdown::bowdown:

I don't mean to disrespect the entries on this thread but for me this video on youtube is the best.

Skip to 4.30 and then enjoy reading the GT stats which is followed by a brilliant build up to the GT5 E3 trailer. The music is just amazing and fits perfectly with the video.

This isn't a fanmade GT5 Trailer so why have you posted it here?

def fancy a crack at entering this! 👍 ... what software is everyone using out of interest though?

will post up my results once i've got to grips with sony vegas and then done the audio effects in logic :dunce:

Final Cut Studio 2, gonna post mine as soon as i finish it.

I don't think that one in the forza 3 attack video was very good. WAYYYY to slow.

I'm not trying to call your video out, but I don't see all the hype over this video. It's OK, but it's not jaw dropping like what alot of people are making it out to be.

Try this guys, play the video with the sound muted

A good video should be interesting even if it is played muted. You should see a flow, rhythm, or some sort of story being told. I only spotted one instance in this video that stood out. The rest of the video was rather dull with little to no video editing. To me this video was all about the music (which really doesn't match Gran Turismo) and that's what's got everybody so excited.

I have seen (not my own) probably 3 or 4 other trailers in this thread that are better after watching them with AND without sound.

Once again I'm not trying to offend anyone, just finally got the courage to speak my mind.

That's a good idea! I'm gonna watch mine without sound before I post them here to see if they have a good rhythm. 👍

You defiantly can see the beat with yours. It fits the music well. As a commercial I like yours the best so far. I also agree with Earth without the music a lot of these videos seem kinda meh. As I make mine I will keep the flow in mind.

Okay, here is the latest (and possibly final) version of my 2nd entry.

This is an example of a video that with good flow when you watch it muted.

On youtube there are far too many AMVs (anime music videos) that simply slap an epic song on top of a bunch of random scenes that get tens of thousands of views and are rated very high and have thousands of comments talking about how great it is when it probably took the guy 5 minutes to make it. It's hard to find a quality AMV

I see what everyone is saying regarding the music and the video editing...however, there are many parts in pino-r's video that match up with the music...whether it's done on purpose or not, but to me, a video isn't much without sound.

It'd be like watching a movie on mute, or seeing a beautiful car without the sound. I know when I see a beautiful exotic on the road, I see it, I get excited, but I want more, and I want to hear that beast rip down the road. That's what really gets my blood pumping. That's why video's are so great. The combination of video and sound/music can make or break a video.

In my opinion, I don't see a huge difference in editing "rhythm" between Rikusaki's and Pino-R's, except in Rikusaki used some color filters, and the very beginning had some quick cutting scenes which were really cool (seen in the GT3 video with similar music I believe). However, even that scene is matched with the music anyways...

Still a great job from everyone! But to me, music does a lot WITH the combination of matching the music to the scenes, and to me, that's what makes a good video. It's not the fact that it was "epic type" music, it was still matched up well with the scenes.

Cudos to both you guys though and everyone else. Keep up the good work.

I'm not much of a video editor myself, but has anyone ever thought to tie footage from GT:HD, Prologue, and the E3 Trailer for GT5?

Maybe even throw in a few extra scenes?

A request of sorts, I presume. :sly:

I am pretty sure I have every video of GTHD, GT5p and GT5 ever produced so, yes, GTHD will be a part of my video. Hell I even have the Audi R8 expansion data movie.

Would you be so kind as to share?

thanks Earth , I understand and I appreciate the constructive criticisms :)
the music and' fundamental part of a video, I try to put together audio and video in the best way that I know how to do,but and' also true that the images have to give a sense also without music ,and' true .
obviously this for me and' only a hobby , I am not some one professional :)

I hope not to have made confusion with the words :nervous: (I will owe' to learn the English one day )

I have realized a second video more' brief, good vision 👍

ciao !

in part it is, that's why he said to skip to 4:30

At the same time though, I'm not even sure he himself made it, which goes against the rule so I'm still wondering what was the reason of putting it up.

That's a great video there, brings back the memories and makes me want to play GT2 again.

In fact I will. 👍

thanks to everybody :)
you excuse the double post ,I have a little idea ,modified the video changing some parts and in formed 720p with audio video improves;)
please see in formed big HD 👍

bye bye 👍

Well done once again!

I definitely like the 2nd version of your 2nd video better with the rotating box, and some nice editing their at the end.

i wouldnt mind seeing that on bbc 1 after eastenders, and i will probably post my fourth one today. it took me 2 days. the other ones took me less than 1 hour. there will be something you're not expecting.

Come on mu51im, we're all waiting!!! I guess you're just doing the PD thing and keeping the suspense:sly::dopey:👍

And great vidios guys, keep it up!

yes i guarantee that i will have it on today, my sounds got messed up and i had to do some fine tuning. now i have some problems saving it, so bear with me.

I am stuck with mine. I am doing an intro not a commercial so it takes longer. Also, my video converter will only convert video larger than 5 minutes. Otherwise it only converts half the video. (stupid I know). Does anyone know a good FLV to AVI converter that also happens to be free? I have tried a couple and they either make the video size HUGE or reduce the quality to unacceptable levels. Thanks.

More rather what is everyone else using?
