It's standard, but it's better looking than most other ones. It's been upgraded/reworked.

By the way, from controller options it appears there are no RA Menu shortcuts this time. No real-time in-race car settings adjustments :-/
They were useful for brake bias, especially.

I'd say it's selected in the wheel assign settings screen, as opposed to controller settings screen. But all I'm going off is the information on the screenshot he provided.

Sadly no.

@ToyGTone: can you confirm whether brake fading is implemented during races? This weekend I got to try GT6 on a friend's PS3 and to me it seemed as if brakes became less effective in locking wheels (I used ABS 0) as time passed. No sign of fading in free run mode for what I've seen, though (I tried cooking the brakes on SSRX but nothing happened). It might have been just an impression.

Does it relate to brake fade? 10 = good and 5 (or lower) equals bad?

May you please show a picture of the HP and torque curve AFTER you bring the power limiter way down? I want to see if the HP curve still flattens out or if it looks like this:

Yes they are forcedly on on some tests. You cant turn them off
