Dont want to ruin the party.
That front Bumper doesnt seem like the one one on the 992, still the hood doesnt match the one of the 991 RSR, so it could be the 992's hood.

Also that rear bumper seems to be the one of the 991 RSR (the black there its the empty part where the rear diffusor is).
The black bit on the front seems to match up though

Unless there's a better image of that, the lack of front canards in that makes me think it's just an RSR instead.

If that is indeed a GT3 R then nice.

Yeah, but RSR has different front bumper (2017 model which is in game)

Road GT3RS also doesn’t match

Do you really guys think that PD, with their usual attention to detail, will use the RSR or any other 911 and apply a livery to make it look like a 992, in a very important event, PR wise? I know that it isnt PD really affected at all because it is mostly a Dunlop event, but really?

Absolutely. They will do what they need to do in order to work with and fulfil contractual obligations to their partners.

Reminder of the time they dressed up the Lexus RC F GT3 as a Suzuki to help include them at a time Suzuki did not have a Gr.3 car:

It’s probably just the existing Porsche Gr.3 with the right decals added from the livery editor

I'm not good enough at car details to help identify the car from that screenshot.

However, I do want to point out it is definitely a Gr. car of some description, it is not a reskinned 992 GT3 RS. The box immediately above the wheel is the PP listing, and it is the longer width where it needs to fit "Gr.Y / PP XXX.XX".

So it's either the existing 991 RSR or a new 992 Gr.3, not a liveried up road car of any type.

The hood of that 911 looks quite different compared to the 911 RSR we have in the game. If it was the RSR, surely the scoop highlighted below would be somewhat visible, for example...

Definitely looks like a new car to me, but I will truly believe it when I see it.
Again, I missed this finer detail and you’re correct sir. I’m positive it is the 992 911 GT3 R in the video at the Dunlop event.

I am pretty confident also about this.

The only question is I don’t see front fenders on this leaked image. But it could be due to low resolution.
The 2023/24/25 car didn’t have the extra slots, but the 2026 Evo car does. Maybe like the Ferrari will come with its Evo and various other options?

If Gran Turismo in 2026 is bringing more gr3 car upgrades, I hope Honda get update, we need a nsx evo 22 or 25 as the current nsx is still from GT sport and it lacks behind

From what I can see on the pictures we got it seems like a new car

  • as some mention the bonnet doesn’t quite match the one of the 17’ RSR
  • If we look at the roof of the car we can see one small antenna (or whatever these are) that doesn’t seem to have the 90degres fold forward like the RSR. We also cannot see the other 2 antenna but this could be due to poor picture quality.
- From what I can make of the name it seems to end in 23 so logically if it really does it can’t be the RSR from 2017

Nothing is concrete solid for now but it does points towards a new car….

Is it me you looking for in GT7 for 2026 ? The question is : are these 3 cars the same ?

that's because 2026 cars are the Evo cars - that silver livery is GT3.R Evo and orange Cup Car Evo
that Dunlop GT3 is based on the original 992 GT3.R

The yellow Dunlop 911 looks to be a 2023-24 GT3 R, similar to Rexy

Now the question is still: did PD model this yet ?
Looks to me that they did...

So what?

January Porsche 911 GT 3R
And February BMW M4 GT3 ?? :D
Who is saying this? Officially

EXACLY, it not even solid as "aerogel"

Why are others persisting in feeding the rumour monster?

To clarify I am not trying to spread misinformation/rumour.
I’m just trying to explain why I think it is not the same car.
I was commenting that your post is true "not concrete"
My comments are to all others who do feed the rumours...
