Huh. This account calls it the i30 Sedan N TCR, not the Elantra N TCR.

Looked it up, and the car goes by either name depending on the market, so it's not an error.

They already confirmed this in their press release after the GTWS:

The ELANTRA N TCR, a high-performance touring car with proven success in motorsport, will be introduced to the game with the January 2026 update under the name ‘ELANTRA N TC’.

Something I've been thinking about - Forza Motorsport had a Hyundai N-themed update last year* that added the Ioniq 5 N, Elantra N, Elantra N TCR, i20 N and i30 N.

GT will now also have three of those cars. I wonder if those are the Hyundai "approved for games marketing" list and future Hyundai support will lean towards the final two cars on that list.

*2025, for clarity. Yes, that's weird to think about at this point!

If you're going to be part of this community and engage with this community, there are myriad places where you can put videos.

However, you have two posts in two years (both in the last two weeks), one of which is the above. That speaks for using our community for your own purposes without actually being a part of it. That's advertising/solicitation.

If you're just going to use GTPlanet to promote yourself, there is nowhere on this site that is appropriate unless you want to pay for a Site Sponsor account first.

Which isn't engaging with/being part of the community...

... and also should have revealed several appropriate threads for videos.

We have people posting Time Trial videos in the Time Trial thread, Daily Race videos in the Daily Race thread, Weekly Challenge videos in the Weekly Challenge thread, and all manner of stuff all over the place in other threads. You'll have seen this, I'm sure.

Most people posting videos just post videos for posting videos, or to engage with/be part of the community, or to help out others. They're not doing it because they're a "content creator ... trying to get my numbers up haha". There's a key difference there, with the former not just using GTPlanet's membership as a promotional/growth tool.

People generally post in the Screenshots and Videos thread, but there is not much engagement. You'd be better off posting in the applicable thread if it's related to something more specific.

Feel free to post any time trials, offline/online races, license tests, drift trials, custom compilation videos, scapes, race photos, etc. Also, feel free to post some thoughts about your content, or alternatively just post content and peace out if you want 😎

This would seem to be an excellent spot for PD to make that final Nations round a TBA on the initial schedule to drum up excitement.

Unfortunately, they don't seem to do that any more. Shame, I thought it was one the more effective arrows in their promotional quiver, especially for the more Sport Mode-oriented part of the player base.

The Afeela has Remote Play, so maybe one person can use a Dual Sense to drive the real car whilst a second uses one in the car to drive it in GT7.

As this is usually more on the techy side of gaming, I hope for some news of the upcoming PSSR upgrade for the Pro (more for other games but they might get it working with VR2 for GT7).

Funny thing is I had an idea for an Afeela Vision GT that's basically a racing concept version modeled after the i-Pace eTrophy car.
