The point is: last month we already knew one for sure, one was to come sooner or later (Xiaomi) and the other one was self-leaked by PD, which spoiled a bit the fun. What do we have now that we are sure will come? The Yangwang (but it seems too soon), the Xiaomi VGT (which I would doubt, since then why wouldb't it be bundled with the Su7?) and some more vaporwave like those which were seen under scan in the movie, which I am not remembering right now, but could be a Lambo and a Vantage? To really shoot in the dark (I have not seen the prediction thread yet, sorry if I'm OT), I'd say

  • 2018 AM Vantage AMR GTE to go on this trend of updated models for Gr.3 (I also read it can be switched between GT3 and GTE standards irl, anyone can explain me how these changes are), plus it's almost a year since the road going model came, which would make sense for modelling the changes in race car and the Evo parts (2024 if I saw right) for GT Auto shop.
  • 2017 Alfa Stelvio Quadrifoglio. Would just make sense, giving a high performance SUV to battle against the Urus, plus they already have its engine sound recorded, as it's the same as the Giulia
  • Something from the list? Anyone remembers the last time a car came from there? Could it be the Vantage last year? I don't know, 2007 Mazda Mx-5 NC

Another updated Racecar would make sense, I’m not a big fan of driving these, but I’m happy when the car roster gets updated and people are happy.
The Stelvio would be a cool choice imo.
I mean in general there’s actually a lot of other cars I would prefer over it, but on the other hand I hate when there’s cars in the game with no direct competition like the Urus, and after all it’s still an Alfa and I’m sure it will be fun to drive.
I hope there’s still Cars from the list coming, I would predict the Bugatti Type 35 or BMW 2002 cause in the latest updates we didn’t have a real classic car.
 
You know what really bothers me regarding car customization in this game? It's the fact that we can't choose the interior color for the cars sold in the UCD and the LCD.

I really wanted to make an Art Morrison build with the red interior for the Corvette C1 but unfortunely the one that is currently on sale on the LCD only has the black interior. Infuriating! :irked:

Well that's one thing they should definitely include in the next game, specially considering you can already pick the interior color that you want when buying a car at the Brand Central, like the DB11.

When was the last time you were able to choose the interior color when buying a used car IRL?

It was also the same thing with the Bugatti Chiron. No matter what color you buy it on, the interior will remain blue even if the base color doesn't match.

Bro, we can’t even choose between top up or down for convertible cars, let alone choose interior colors independently. In Brand Central, even though you can select an interior color, it’s always tied to a specific exterior color.

Really, this convertible car issue always gets me. They don’t even need to make animations or something, just an option before taking your car to the track would do, you know, just like GT4 from 2004.

I think it would be really cool to have cars with damage and customization in UCD, and have an option to restore it in GT Auto. And while restoring you can choose factory colours of exterior and interior.
We can't really pick the interior colour in Brand Central either, it just changes with exterior colour. Which is honestly a bit surprising how this is not an option, seems like such a PD feature.

The update teasers are usually on the Saturday or Sunday before the last Thursday of the month, but there have been deviations in the past. So can't really say anything for certain yet.

I can however tell you with 100% confidence that no silhouettes will be dropped on the 29th 😂
 
We know that at Polyphony Digital substantial development time goes into designing cars and environments. Aren't these parts that could strongly benefit from AI development? 9 month for a car could lie behind us.
