That test would need redoing under similar wind conditions. Now there's a 6 m/s difference as the wind directions are almost exactly opposite which means in certain places there's either about 20 km/h worth less drag and downforce, or equally more of both, for the same travelling speed and with cars like that the things it does to the performance are massive.
