What car did you use to beat this? Looking over it there appears to be several race cars, so I'm thinking I may way for the M3 race car to come back on the market in the used cars. Or does anyone have a better alternative?

That race usually has LMP cars in it so I don't knowif an M3 is going to cut it dude, the Mazda Furai is OK if you can avoid getting bashed off the track all the time

Where can I pick up one of these cars then for the race?

Would a Le mans Quattro 03 do it? Pushing 601hp and 553 torque?

Neither the M3 nor the Audi Pikes Peak are able to cut it imo.

Those LM race cars have way better handling and at least 200 HP more.

As suggested above, give a try with the Mazda Furai. Or win the Like the Wind event with it, the prize car should help you for the GT All Stars.

The Mazda Furai is a used car im guessing? So now I just need to wait around for that unless I can get a car fast enough for like the wind.

Or get a Zonda R, you win it in B-Spec somewhere, I forget. GT World Champs maybe?

Anyway, that thing is fast. Or the Mazda if you tune it correctly. You can get that from the NR-A Roadster Cup in B-Spec.

You win the Mazda Furai in one of the early B-spec events, it probably won't take that long to get even if you have not played any B-spec before :)

It's from the Mazda Miata B-spec event, which is quite easy to win and is unlocked around level 5-6 iirc.

The only problem is how hard like the wind is with the Furai. I did it, but it was painfully hard to win at indy.

The minolta won the GT allstars hands down though.

Second in race 1 and then 1st in the other four (despite being 15 seconds behind after the second corner on R246 - don't ask!)

Right Now I have the Furai. Trying out some of the GT all stars races right now, see how that goes. As for Like the Wind, I dunno about the Furai for that, its a piece compared to those things.

I just did All Stars using my Zonda R. I got my ass kicked. It's gonna take some tuning and some practice.

It's got the power, just not the low speed handling. High speed I'm ok because of the downforce, but I've got lots of understeer at low speed, combined with twitchy rear tires that I have to be careful with the throttle. It's hard to drive it fast.
