Is it just the servers are facing less load now or did they forget to switch something on earlier? Connected at first attempt with a full grid, much less lag, and had a clean and entertaining run to 2nd. Like night and day compared to the afternoon troubles!

I've just had that in the N300 race, as well as being used as a brake assist on almost every hairpin.

What is with the easy correction of oversteer as well, in the Evora I'm making Chris Harris look like he's an amateur.
 
I totally suck with the Evora meh... xD

US is doing N300 right now. Interesting, think think they might be trying to test international?

Just logged on missed the 16:20 race by less than a minute.
 
Finished first in mij first race but was so far ahead i was disconnected due to inactivity... More people have had this happen to them?
 
We need more races in the daytime, why does every race start in the late afternoon evening?
 
Second race for me coming up. Ping is 94. Seems better stability than the afternoon sessions
 
You guys have races? the next race for me opens in 19 hours...
 
I took the chance and did the last race available today. Finished 5th, was happy with it. Online racing always gets me a bit nervous, but i think i stick with it... at least for GT Sport. They need to work out that lag though...

Great track, the curbs are too forgiving, they need to be either bumpier or more slippery, but the layout is great.
 
Yes just my first online race (ever). Started first....too much stress...missed the first corner @DragonTrail completely and was within 10 seconds in last place. Fought my way back and finally ended second. 14 participants and about five/six drivers enormous lagging which distracts a lot. Tomorrow new changes!

I didn't even feel them at all in the Lancer. It was just like normal road.

Appears it's regional servers. Caught the 16:40 race, all US.

They already replaced Dragon with Brands Hatch. N300 starts up again in about an hour and a half. I hope this back to back refresh isn't going to be only on the weekends.
 
I did my first two races today. To bad it were the last two of today but I finished 6th and 3rd. Dragontrail is a great track. The N300 Class can be a lot of fun. I'm completely hooked at GT again!

Trying to adjust from Driveclub is proving tough,:confused: it can only get better, I need to learn how to tune properly.💡 The default tune is rubbish.:boggled:

I feel i should apologize for my driving in this video, it can only get better.:D:cheers:
 
I had a lot of fun today hot lapping... i really like the driving physics. Adjusted FFB for my G29 from 5 to 8, feels way better now.

My ping is the same with 109, i guess thats about the minimum time to the PD servers from us europeans.
 
Miffed. I did a mid 1:39 at Brands and the game hasn't credited me with it. I've gone at it again and got a 1:40.349, but my optimum time on splits is 1:38.878. Now I'm even more miffed. :banghead:
 
Of course it decides to lag when I'm 🤬 leading :banghead:
