As with most beta programs, in order for the development team to capture data in an optimal manner, the sample size needs to be increased gradually and in stages. Not that a big issue, but the positions of the driver's hands are very weird. If you drive a real car like that, you will loose the control of the wheel all the time.

I think is because the builds we have seen is on PS4 Pro at 1080p. This guy is probably playing with PS4 base at 720p

The PS4 runs the game 1080p 60fps while the Pro runs at 1800p(checkerboarded)60fps.

He's literally the only one streaming.
 
Sounds are gonna variate depending the car. Charger sounds awesome, Focus sounds bad, RS01 sounds OK... etc

The streaming is at 720p. I was refering to that

He just said he read his agreement that he can stream/share it just now but started the stream saying he hadn't signed up and it just appeared? Is this within the NDA or the first ban coming up!
