Sorry if that's already been answered, but do everybody have the same track available in Arcade Mode? In my case it's Brands Hatch GP.
And I just unlocked the M6 GT3! :D

Yes, only Brands in Arcade so far.

Quick question about the timing colors, I know purple is a faster lap and red is a slower lap but what is the blue color mean? Never paid much attention to time trials before

LOL, Glare Turismo
I know it's a nitpick, and likely due to them wanting to show off their new engine or hdr or whatever, but after a couple hours the magnificent sun glare that seems to appear on everything becomes jarring and distracting. I hope it is related to the time of day these tracks are locked in at or something. And the blinding white light of heaven when exiting tunnels is still there...
I really wish they would spend just a bit less time on graphical purity as other areas need more attention.
Having said that, I still feel this is an all around improvement for the series and am liking so far, hope this trend continues.

Why spend less time on graphics? How is that going to improve the other areas?

Because a console is a fixed resource machine. You spend your resources where you want to. If you spend them in one area it reduces the amount you can spend anywhere else. It's pointless once a games has been developed of course.

The blue color its your gain in each sector.

There is a lot of Brasilian accounts playing the Beta...

Can you play with other users on the PS4 if you download it from a US account?

Yes.

Isn't the beta tied to the account that received the e-mail?

Yes it is. You can still race as normal. For example, you create a US account called, "account1" and sign up to the beta with those same credentials.

Then if you're accepted, you can download and play but as "account1" only. You cannot play as another account on your PS4 if you go down this route.

For some reason, Brazilians are being accepted. Not sure why. I've also seen some blank flags.

I have seen some Canadians as well. Has anyone seen other flags besides those?

Time is not a console resource.

Can you choose the flag that you race under?

I guess the EU gonna have to wait 2 weeks more, making it a month from the US.

That would make sense I think. One month for the US beta allows those who were able to take part to get a decent feel for things, report and bugs/glitches, give their feedback on areas for improvement etc etc...

If that's the case then logically I'd guess that the phase 2/EU beta will also be active for a month to give those who take part a fair deal, but we'll have to see.

No it is not. My code was for my main Canadian account but it was redeemed on my american one.

I'm also speaking from experience. My code was from a US account but I could not log in with my EU account. A message appeared saying the game couldn't be played on the account the code wasn't redeemed on.
