All the boxes together are going to look great! heres the wallpaper of the box art if anyone wants it...

You can see that as the graphics of the game have improved so has the detail on the box art, it used to be alot more simple coloured shapes and characters, then SA got more detailed, now this is photo realistic!

Edit - Reading another website they make 2 good points, one the helicopter is again in the top left as it has been on all the boxes and secondly the main protagonist / character has never appeared on any box but on this one Niko is in one if not 2 of the pictures, I wonder why?

Also a cable car is in the picture with the door open, maybe you can use them in IV and even throw people out! Good to see that the cars and bikes now carry badges / branding and logos, I think this started in LCS.

BTW: Is it just me, or does the guy on the cell phone holding a gun pictured below the girl licking a cherry lolipop look very much like Robert Deniro? Considering all the NY references that Rock Star puts in the game, it would make sense. :)

Wow that really does look like Deniro well a younger one. I like the new cover too and they included the chopper in the left corner once again.
 
From what I've read I believe this is going to be the final trailer for the game and I'm hoping that it will have a release date at the end.

It's also been available on the US PSN Store for download as well if you have a PS3. 87 MB, 1280x720, and only took just over a minute to download. 👍

Interesting trailer, but I seriously doubt that is the last trailer as some have reported it would be. It doesn't look very polished and shows quite a lot of frame rate drops... although for a GTA game, even at this stage in development it looks great! 👍

I also like the name they gave that Honda CBR900RR knock off... "****zu NRG900RR" :D
 
It's looking very good, although I want to see more now!
 
This third trailer is looking good. I'd have liked to have seen some actual in-game footage rather than all the cut-scene stuff though.

On another note, anyone else think like me that Rockstar are going to do the 3 all over again? as in after GTAIV will be Miami but done realistically?... I think it would be quite good... Vice City 2!

I would doubt it. Rockstar already brought back VC & SA through the GTAIII Chapter. Bringing them back for a third visit might be old.
 
Well my store has started pre-order advertising as well as putting up posters everywhere.

Funny that as i was under the impression we dont even have a release date yet or am i wrong?

Stores around here have allowed pre-ordering even when the date was pushed back. I don't know if there's any news, though, as I have not checked GTAForums.net for any.

One of my friends told me it would be out March 5, but according the the GTAIV fact sheet at GTAForums it's not gonna come out until April at the earliest.
 
Yes GTA4 has been delayed until at least April. After all these delays the game better have a Co-op campaign like Crackdown has. Its the only thing that makes sense.
 
New Previews will be up tomorrow at various websites including new info & screenshots. All of them are supposed to go up at12.00 pm EST and 5.30 pm GMT.

I would like to, but don't have the money and I am sure the stock will run out soon.
 
Just read through the Kikizo review. There were a couple of things that stood out for me. It mentioned being able to use a police cars computer to search for people which is a brilliant idea. When meeting friends you can choose to go to a variety of different places (bars, bowling, darts etc) If you choose to go to a bar you come out drunk, everything is blurred and movement is difficult. If you get in a car whilst drunk it opens a side mission of getting to a particular place while you're hammered. Everything is adjusted to compensate for the alcohol you just drunk so expect carnage and many pedestrian deaths. One disappointing thing was they mentioned that Niko still keeps all weapons on him "magically". I was hoping that if you needed to use a rocket lanucher then you would need to store it in a boot/trunk then take it out when needed. The review also mentioned the quality of the voice acting which is comparable to a movie. Can't wait now.
 
The reviews sound pretty good. I like how you can target individual parts of the body now just like Crackdown did. I also like how the have added a cover system that works almost exactly like Gears of War. They are also using the phone ideas from Saints Row. Just these 3 features alone from other games will make for very exciting gameplay since they are all combined into 1 game. Sounds like the graphics are also a lot better than I expected and the framerate is even really smooth. I didnt see anything mentioned about air travel via helicopter or climbing buildings.
These reviews were a lot better than I expected. 👍
