My apologies for ranting, but were PD on something strong when they updated the OCD? Sorry if this has been discussed.

I'll tell you what, I had most of the cars that were in it, but I love driving the Bluebird Rally car on the K Trail and the Honda Racecar is a fun drive too. They are some fun little cars to drive, if you get bored of driving the best of the best.

I love the cars! And so do many others. I even devoted a little race to them. :sly: (See sig)

Don't get me wrong I love the little Japanese cars like the Carol and N360, but I expected something a little more "American Muscle" for the NASCAR event.

P.S. that event sounds interesting, think I may have to sign up.

I don't mind what cars are there!
I can get more cars!

I have ~1030 with a few duplicates.I already owned all the cars in this OCD. I don't know what cars I dont have but they don't show up very often.

I'm at like 1990+ cars in my garage, very few standards I don't have (mainly the ridiculously expensive race cars like the 2J). I still liked this OCD a lot better than some of the others, especially since I could buy them all except the stupid FGT for just over a million, and not feel bad about selling some of the extremely high mileage duplicates I had in the garage. I like a lot of the older cars and since I run a tuning garage I like to keep at least a couple of each of the standards on hand. One for tuning/driving one for factory stock. Not a real 0/0 collector but still make good trade bait.
Now if PD would stop trying to sell me a FGT (in the same paint scheme no less) over and over again I would have no complaints at all.:D

I'm with the op... I'm not a big fan of low powered cars ...

However, I've been curious about the Izuzu Bellet for a while... maybe I'll give it a try tomorrow... 👍

I've come to love these little Japanese cars. I wasn't a fan, until I started using some of them for the Kei car and compact seasonals. Tune them up and you can have seriously fun cars that punch above their (very low) weight.

My favourites so far have been the 79 Civic and the Honda Z. The maxed out Z is brilliant - doesn't have a big top end but I can do the Nordschleife in 9 minutes. Obviously it's not everyone's cup of tea, but for me the variety is what makes GT interesting and fun.

If anyone doubts the pedigree of the Z, check this I found while reading about them::lol:

Well, almost all non occasional players have 90% to 100% of the cars in the OCD. Myself I'm missing two ('65 Sylvia and the Belleti).

In other hand, considering the Seasonal Events, the Nascar cars are all Premium Cars, so it wouldn't make sense to put them in the OCD and we add a good selection of rally cars in recent OCD for the Rally TT and Drift.

The cars in the OCD have related to upcoming seasonal races several times, so maybe we're in for a 60s Japanese event in the near future.

I am replacing all of the cars I lost when my save file corrupted, so I welcome the opportunity to pick up so many 0 mileage cars.

I'm trying to collect every single car in the game, so I found this OCD extremely helpful. I bought nearly every car that was there.

OCD is made for classic cars, not for bargains.

The online dealership update will never please everyone, get used to it.

As a fan of old school Japanese cars I loved it. Sure I had most of them already but I bought quite a few of them again. Plus what was awesome was that the Datsun 510 that I bought turned out to be the 510th car in my garage. :dopey:

I love the OCD.

GT5 has a lot of cars. If these aren't cars you like, it's not hard to find cars you like. There are three dealerships, after all.

These are some cool little classic cars that highlight Japanese postwar history. They did the same thing with American cars recently, and of course Europe has been represented.

They can't please everybody, I guess.

This is the perfect opportunity to run some 60s - 70s Japanese Car online series! I love all of the older cars and although I only needed one or two from this OCD, this will help everyone get some to make it easy to run some historic Japanese car races. 👍

Some of the early Skylines look cool as hell as well as that sweet '70 Celica and the Gallant! Don't even get me started on those bad-ass Honda Race Cars from the late 60's either.

The OCD is fine, may be not exciting but there are very interesting cars there....

DUN DISS THE SICK PRE 80 JAPANESES. :D

In seriousness, I think it's a cool OCD. Even if there is absolutely nothing else to buy it's still cool nonetheless. Too bad I already got 0/0 Lancer and Bluebird Rally Cars :p

With having over 730 cars, I'm pretty sure whatever is in the OCD, I'll already have. C'est la vie!

I use to think that (850 cars aprox) but the reality always spit in my face :sly:
In this particular OCD I'm surprised that only few cars where new to me, but usually bougth at least 5 cars of the OCD.

What is the argument here? If I don't like a car, nobody should get a chance to buy it from the OCD? PD is smoking crack to offer options I don't choose?

I always look at the OCD as a bonus some times its good other times not so good.

There is always a hidden gem in there somewhere, you just need to find it...:)

Not to mention being able to get cars with 0/0, that were previously only available with mileage.

And in the case of some of the 60s - 70s cars, high mileage at that. ;)

I doubt that they where on something. I think they just don't agree with you that those cars should never be available in the OCD. 👍
