GT-86 First Impressions

Really like the way the car handles but not keen on how close the chase cam is, makes the car look massive, theres a few others like it in the game too i hate it, other than that great looking car, good handling , not bad for a freebie.
 
LOL, some people just don't understand what this car IS. It IS a Miata. But with 2+2 seating and a fixed roof. So much is made about how powerful a car is. What kind of time it posts on this track, or that track. This car is not one of those cars. This car is about being fun to drive. This car is about great balance. To that end, at least as I have experience virtually, the car has met it's goal.

And I bet it does better in the real world, in terms of lap times or auto-x times, than many think it is going to. Much like the Miata, it might not set your hair on fire in a straight line, but it will get it done in the twistys.
 
I thought that this car can't possibly come with sports hard so I switched to comfort soft and take it to the ring, underpowered yes but it was so easy to drive and have so much grip even on comfort soft. Regarding fun car from toyota, what about the LF-A? I've always known that Toyota is very much capable of making a good sports car if they haven't been wasting their time and resources on hybrid system

Anyway with bodykit installed this car looks really sexy, I wonder how much it would cost when it comes to Australia, probably cost around the same as RX-8? I think I would love to get one IRL

Do it again on Racing hards or Sport Softs, then I'll take the times seriously.

7:22.710 in race. With Racing Hards :dopey: and some gearbox changes. Top speed 272km/h. (gearbox limit to 285km/h)

i tested the car it handles perfectly , unless you mean something else , i'm not happy because there is no turbo just like LyingTruth said .

Not my style. Rear end swings out WAY too easy.
 
I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE this car, its so good, I hope in the future there will be a RM for it, I also hope they add the Scion, and Subaru variant as well.
 
Very well balanced. I applaud Toyota for building this car.
